H1B, H4 Visa

I gave my first time h1b interview(f1 to h1) at Hyd consulate on Dec 13. After basic questions, VO took my client letter and handed me 221g white slip and told me that she need to verify it. Passport returned. My manager received email from the consulate on Dec 21 and he responded on the same day. Since then there is no update. Did anyone experienced the same recently and know how long it will take for the consulate to respond?

Can a H4 get visa stamped on 70 days of petition validity?

I appeared for H1B Visa interview @ Hyderabad consulate on February 24,2020.

VO, asked for some basic questions , employer profile ,location & salary details.

Later handed over a 221g white slip with(i.e. A letter from US Chamber of Commerce or other NAM related entity) passport back(Case Created:23-Feb-2021 and it is showing as refused).

After some follow-ups with hydadmin, On Sep 29,2020, I got an email from Hyderabad consulate to submit passport and I submitted through drop box on October 4, 2021.

After that they called me and asked to send LCA, Project Description and Client/vendor documents (if any) to [email protected], which I did(I mailed the requested documents).

My passport returned without stamping and got the new 221g white slip(Your application requires additional administrative processing before a final decision can be made).

but after a week CEAC site shows as refused again(Case Last Updated:05-Oct-2021).

I was following up with them every month but the same response that it is under administrative processing and will take some time.

If anyone had same issue before please reply.

Is it Ok to Change from H1B sponsoring employer A to a new Employer B on same fiscal year when selected in Lottery? Started working for Employer A with Change of status to H1B for 2-3 months and getting better opportunity from Employer B. I heard somewhere that if employer A withdraw the petition, you will become subject to CAP even after Employer B, H1B is approved based on already selected in CAP from employer A. Do we need to work for sponsoring employer for entire Visa fiscal year I mean until September? before attempting to change employer.

My wife has to go for H4 Visa Dropbox. Question is, Will it be okay if she can go for Dropbox with H1 Approval Notice (I-797) document as H4 filed petition was Invalid now (Currently she is in India) OR she has to go only Visa Interview with H1 Approval Notice.

Visa expired on Sep 2021

Hi Team ,

I had my H1B visa from my previous company which was picked up in 2019. I travelled to US for a period of 6 months but had to come back to India due to personal reason.

During this period , I had switch to new Organization and now when I see on USCICS site I can see that my petition has been revoked.

Does that mean that my H1B has gone forever or is still there is any hope?

I created profile in ustravledocs -India portal and paid MRV fee to schedule the interview, but due to slots unavailability now i am planning to book the slot in Singapore (currently i am working here), can i book the slot here with the same profile and fee receipt which i created and activated in ustravledocs -India .

My Name is Krishna and I am in USA have valid visa till 12/31/2018. . Recently my spouse visited india along with my two girls under 14 for dropbox. US visa officer did not accept the dropbox for kids as their father is in USA and do not have valid visa. They accepted My wife documents for dropbox and got the visa.

Now my kids got separated from my profile and they got two individual profiles and I need to schedule for stamping.

My question is can one kid (under 14) adds another kid profile in her profile? what's the email address we need to use at the time of adding member.

Also do My spouse need to go two times to visa consulate one time for submitting photographs and another time for us visa interview?

I am wondering who is in the same situation as me. I am in Canada applying for a F-1 renewal visa. I was required for a follow-up interview after sending documents, but there are no available interview in the system. It simply reads, "there are no available appointment at this time. Please try again later." I tried 5 times a day for a month, but nothing happened.

 I have emailed visa services, they just said they had no control over how the appointments become available, so I contacted consulate and embassy. No one replied me. How can you ask for interview but don't let people make an appointment? That is so frustrating. I am just wondering who have this same situation with me?

We have booked an appointment for H4 stamping sometime in Jan first week. Can somebody share recent H4 visa stamping experience? and also please let me know how long does it take for passport delivery post interview? I know about pre pandemic process and delivery timeline, wanted to check if someone can share their recent experience.
