H1B Visa interview at Hyderabad
Dear all ,

I got some useful information from this website regarding the interview questions. It becomes my duty to share my experience so that it can help others. I have attended H1B interview on Jan 4 ,2015 and my visa is approved.

Below are the questions asked :
1) Which company you are going to work ?
2) Where it is located ?
3) What is your designation ?

No documents were asked .

A word of advise for the people who are going to attend Visa interview at Hyderabad. When you are standing in the queue and waiting for the officer's call, you can easily hear the interviews going on in the counters (your counter and the adjacent counters). Don't let your mood be distracted because of that.

   All the best for everyone.

Is Client Letter Mandaotory for Interview?
Hi Friends,

I have interview scheduled next week in Hyd Consulate. I have a question regarding the client letter.

I am working for one of the well established company in India. I have filled H1B with Client location as work location in US and I have got the LCA posted with the client address itself. But when I have asked my client about Client Letter, they said they will not provide the client letters. Now I feel the heat. Is it OK to attend interview without client letter by mentioning the same when VO asks for it?
Please advice.

Regards,
Jyothi

Which company are you going to work in US?

Are you going to work for a client? (I said no i would be working for an in house project)

VO said your Visa's are approved. Returned Employer Tax Documents. Kept our Passports

Thanks a lot for those who shared their experiences

All the best for those who are about to attend their Visa Interview

Note- I have noticed they are asking Photos for some people. They haven't asked me. I am not sure why they are asking for some of them. So i would suggest you to carry photographs (Should be in US Visa standard) with you while attending for your Visa interview

New H1B approved - Hyderabad consulate
Hi All,

Firstly would like to thank Immihelp for creating such a good platform and thank all the members for posting their experiences.

On 28th Dec, I had my OFC.
I have attended the visa interview on 30th Dec. Below are the questions.

The VO was not at all interested in looking at the documents, didn't even look at original I797. Just looking at the system and typing all through the interview.

1) What is the employer name.

2) How many employees in the company.

3) What is your salary.

4) What does your employer do.

5) Are you directly working for the company or any client.

6) What does your client engage in.

7) Asked again what is your salary and employees in the company both client and employer.

8) What is your highest degree.

9) How is the education system in UK.

At last said the magical words, your visa is approved.

Thanks
