I would like to Thank "immihelp" for all the information that is provided in their Website which makes life much easier in getting the Visa's filled.
I had an OFC appointment @ 3:00 PM on 20th May 2013, completed the formalities and was out by 2:50 PM :)
The US Visa Interview in Chennai was on 21st May 2013 @ 7:30 AM (Damm it was HOT @ 7:00 AM).
Reached the Consulate @ 7:20 AM
Waited in line till 8:00 AM
Had a Security check and completed the document checking formalities in 20 minutes.
Waited again in line for the Visa Interview

VO - Which company do you work for?
Me - Answered
VO - Who is your client?
Me - Answered
VO - Where in US are you staying?
Me - New York
VO - What is your Project?
Me - Answered
VO - What is your husband's DOB?
Wife - Answered
VO - His favorite food?
Wife - Answered (I had a quick joke about that).
VO - Smiled and said your Visa is Approved. (Just that the computer was taking some time to show up on his screen).
Note - Please do not carry kids below 1 Year, since it is very hot in Chennai and they tend to get irritated very soon and they are not needed for the Visa Interview.

Regarding H1b visa
My H1b visa got approved in 2009 but couldn't go for visa stamping due to some personal reasons now I am in US on h4 visa but my H1b visa validity got expired. So is there any chance that I can use that H1b visa. please help me out.

need help to fill DS-160
I applied H1 in 2006 quota and went to US. I applied for H1 extension and got approval for another 3 years. i went to India for personal reasons, attended interview got visa again. but unfortunately i did not travel to US bcoz of my employer. then i transferred my h1 to another company and he asked me to go for stamp again. i went to US embassy but they refused to give visa and they cancelled my valid visa. then now i applied for H1 and got approval, i need to go for stamp again.
please advise me to fill DS-160 correctly.

what should i answer for above question? Yes or No
and another question:

H1 B transfer with out Amendment done for old Employer
I got my H1b approval (transferred from L1 B) in 2012 Nov. Validity is till 2013 Dec and the Employer is A . I got a new project after H1 B approval and moved to different location in US its almost 5 months but my Employer has not filed Amendment yet for this. I did not traveled to India and stamping is not done for my H1 .
My spouse also got H4 approval under Employer A and went to India for vacation.
I am working for the current client in the following layer.
Employer A ---> Vendor A --- > Vendor B ----> Client
I got the project thru vendor A.
Now vendor A is also an employer who wants to do transfer of Visa with out effecting my project .
1) Is there any problems in continuing with the same project after my visa transfer ?
2) Without amendment can it be a issue for transfer ?
3) My spouse is in India , wants come back after stamping, when can he go for stamping if I want to do transfer now? .

My petition for h1b was approved in april. Now I want to go for stamping. Do I need to go only 90 days before my start date meaning only after 1st july for stamping? Please advise. My start date is 1st of october 2013
