First of all thank you very much for this wonderful site immihelp who has behind this, my colleges and friends who has helped me a lot in preparing for the interview process.
I attend OFC on 31-Jan-2013 at 12:30 PM and PA Date on 1-Feb-2013 at 12:00 PM.
I think NIV is not working on the 1st Feb due to which Official were helping candidates to allocate counters manually for document verification, finger printing and Visa lobbying.
On both days entire process was completed around 5 mins once after entering Visa lobby.
On PA Date, Questions asked by Visa Officer
ME: Good Morning madam, How are doing?
VO: very good morning, I am good, thank you. What about you?
ME: Me too greats, Thank you very much.
VO: can you pass your passport.
ME: yes, sure - passed only my passport.
VO: which company you are going to work in US?
ME: I will work for YYYY Company in US
VO: why you are going to US?
ME: To provide technical and functional solutions to company project user client XYZ.
VO: who is you client?
ME: I will be working for the client XYZ.
Then the golden words "your visa is approved" . you will get your visa in 3-4 days and passed white pamphlet and read this before you travel to US.
I acknowledge her with thanks!!!
The key here is just be calm and confident. If documentation is fine then visa is yours.

I had my Appointment in Embassy on Feb 5th. Though my time is given at 12:00, my interview happened at 11:00. Seems time is required only while entering embassy. I was so scared initially but it went very cool with out any problems. My conversation went like this..

I would like to post my experience of H1 and H4 visa stamping at Delhi Consulate.
In my case, I applied for H1b stamping and my husband applied for H4 stamping.
I work for a product based company (FTE).
I booked the appointment for two of us together for the interview.
I had the following documentation with me : -
1. Passport and photocopies of passport (Both)
2. DS160 form confirmation page
3. Visa Fees Receipt
4. Interview Appointment letter and one copy
5. Old and New : Original I797 and one copy

7. Employer Letter
8. Previous Experience Letter

11. All Pay Stubs
12. Income Tax returns
13. W2’s
14. Bank Statements – Last 12 months
15. Phone Bills – Last 12 months

On 10th JAN, we had our OFC appointment at 2 PM (@Nehru Place Center). I and my husband arrived there at 1.30 PM. At the gate, the security people asked for our appointment letter, DS160 forms and passports. After the documentation check we were allowed to enter the center. After getting the token number, we sat in the waiting area. When our token number was called, we went for our the fingerprinting. Overall, it took just 15 minutes for both of us for OFC process.
On 14th Jan, we had our interview at Delhi Embassy at 8.00 AM. I and my husband arrived there at around 7.30 AM.
Interview Questions :-

Me : I handed over the passport and DS160 form.
VO : Which company do you work for?
Me : YYYY X
VO : To my husband : Can i see your marriage certificate.

Background: Changed status from L1 to H1 in 2011. Currently working in EVC model in US. Employee is a very small firm.
I had my OFC on Jan 28, straight forward experience like all.
Interview: on Feb 5 8 AM.
Reached the consulate at 7:15 AM, there were 2 queues outside. Waited in the first one. and security asked Appointment confirmation and moved to second Queue. Got a seal on DS-160 for both of us in the second queue. Went inside around 8:10
Got a token number first for both of us. Then documents were checked and bundled, I was asked to provide, Passport, LCA, I-797, I-129, Petition letter to USCIS.
Passports and I-797 were bundled together and other docs where bundled together.
Then waited to provide finger prints and moved to the next building.
My token was called.
VO: Hello Sir, Hello Madam
Me, Wife: Hello Sir
VO: Can I have you passport please,
Me: Sure, Passed the passport and I-797 bundle

Educational qualification different in DS160and LCA
I have scheduled my interview next week .I found mistake in the educational qualification in i129 and employer letter.
The education is mentioned as 'Electronics and instrumentation engineering' instead of 'Computer science engineering'
The details about the university ,year passed in the above mentioned documents also seems to be wrong .
I filled my correct educational qualification in ds160.
Please suggest me what can I do if any questions related to this asked in consulate.
Does it make any impact in h1b visa approval?

Location different in DS-160 form and LCA
Hi All,
I am working for an MNC in India and all the h1B documentation is complete and my interview is scheduled in 2 weeks. However I made a mistake by mentioning wrong address (Location) compared to the location in LCA.
Please suggest what can be done? Does my h1B get rejected?

VISA Processing time..
Hi All,
After receiving 221g in Oct 2012, I've got an email on Friday to submit my passport. So I did submit around 3pm on Friday. I was expecting an email from them today to pickup my passport, but haven't got it.
Little nervous, not sure how long they will take to process. Also, will they send in courier or ask me to pick it up from VFS?
Can somebody please respond with similar experience?
