Want my H1 to get rejected
I am into a weird situation. I have applied for Visa in March 2012. Then our company told that my going onsite will be accordingly to my comfort. But now my marriage is fixed and my travel might fall during the marriage date. When I took this query to management they coldly rejected to my query and said, I have to move immediately after getting my Visa stamped. I have requested them a lot, but of no use. Now I purposefully want to get rejected in Visa interview, so that I can go ahead with my marriage plans and then think about the onsite offers.
So, please let me know the tips on what would make the consulate officer, reject my Visa. My documents and all are proper and my date is somewhere in the coming 15 days.
last week I had my interview at hyd VO asked basic questions then said my visa is approved and can leave for the day.
But called me again next day to inform they are putting me on adminstravtive process and sent me an email with basic questions and a tracking number. no slip was issued during interview.
Not sure whats going on. I can see few similar cases for the month of oct 2012 below.
Successful H-4 Stamping at New Delhi on 23-Oct-2012
This forum helped me a lot, so it's my turn to provide my experience.
My husband had gotten his H1 stamping done from Ottawa, Canada in 1st week of Oct 2012, and had sent me all his documents via fedex. So on the D-Day, I carried all the documents including his notarized I-797, I-129, LCA, marriage album, marriage cert., H1 VISA stamp copy, his passport copy, his tax returns(2 years), his bank statements (6 mnths), W-2's (2 years), Emp. verification letter, Client letter, H-4 letter from his employer, and a bunch of other supporting documents. I also carried my NOC (govt. employee), educational docs, salary slips etc.
My OFC was on 16-Oct-2012 at Nehru Place, New Delhi.
My interview was at 9:00 AM on 23-Oct-2012.

Got an email on 23rd Oct evening itself that my PP had been picked up by courier service.
Since 24-Oct was Dushherra, so collected my passport personally from Nehru Place on 25th Oct 2012.
All set to be with my husband in a weeks time :)
to the guy below. not to burst your bubble, i have all the good will for you. but i dont think you can say 100% that your visa is approved. you might get a 221 g or any e-mail. bcos usual answer from VO in case of approval is ---approved , you will get your passport in X days. which in ur case he didnt say that.
