Vague 221(g)
1. Attended interview on 12/28/2007 and got 221(g) blue sheet, asking to submit all the docs in 221(g) form.
2. Submitted documents on 03/07/2008 in VFS hyb, without PPT.
3. On 04/03/2008, Got another blue 221(g)along with my I-797, I-129 and LCA. But no company's documents submitted were returned.
4. This 221(g)is different from the one I got earlier.
5. On the bottom of the sheet, it is hand written in pen as 'Passport'.
Can anyone tell me what does it mean?

Form 221 G
Hi All,
I was issued form 221(G) on 4th April asking me to provide the STATE UNEMPLOYMENT WAGE REPORT. Can anybody help me out in this and mail me a copy of the same? So that I could request my employer to send the same to me.
I was just asked few questions and then VO asked the above mentioned document and in the meantime he was typing something, was busy looking at the monitor. Later he said he was going to return all the documents and I had to provide the mentioned document. But when he issued form 221 (Blue). He ticked all the options listed for the petitioner.
I have big bundle of documents to be provided.
This is about my experience.

H4 Administrative Process
Hi Friend,
I am in USA. I have problem to got visa for my wife H4 Visa.
They check only I797,I94 and marriage certificate. Then He asked about why you are not come to stamp with your husband. After that he check some data online.
There system is not working to get some data online so they try to fetch some data on another system but after that they say's you will take your passport from nearest VFS center. we required to check some administrative task.
Can you please help me How much time it required to finish this process. Is any step i required so that this process do fast.

hi, I submitted the documents which were asked in 221g blue form along with ds 156 157 158. But now again I got white form to submit additional information. Do i need to fill the DS forms 156, 157 158 again to submit the documents through VFS . Can anyone please tell me

This is Sreenivas from Kolkata. I attended stamping interview on 24Jan08. I have recieved 221(g) pink color form the VO. Also, he told me to come with some more documents. I sent this form to my employer. He is on the process of sending the docs. He gave me the Kolkata Consulate number.
Could any one suggest me, what I have to do next? My employer told me that you are going to recieve your docs within 2 weeks.

I had interview on Dec 5 2007 with Chennai Consulate, After verifying my Degree certificates they issued 221g blue form asking for Unemployment wage report of State Virgenia, Project Detail, Employer Tax return form,List of Employees and asked me to submit these documents along with form 156, passport to VFS office Bangalore.
on 20 February 2008 These documents were submitted along with passport, but on 28th February they returned my passport along with white form(which states " your case has been suspended and will return back to USCICS") what does it mean?
Can anyone tell me what would be the reason for this?
Is the case really suspended?or can Still I have hopes????????
Because when I called my petitioner about the same, they say they would verify from the US office and get back to me, which I don't believe.
Please clarify my doubt......
