Hi all,
Requesting again.. :(

please help me as one of my friend had applied thru "VisionSystem Group/Orionsoft Inc" and he is facing problems.

The response from the company is very very poor and they are not ready share any of there documents (like .. Tax returns, Project docs, ank statements.. etc).. please advice if any body knows about the company whether he shall go with them or not?

Fish market is better than the Consulate.
Any how got VISA in the market.
Be confident with all the documents in hand. Don't give chance for any documents.

All the questions asked are general. But they look how confident you are.

I have attended interview on sep14.They issued me 221g.They need the below documents
1)company lease agreement
2)Company photos
3)company roster.

I have dropped all the required documents last monday(oct17).

vo:it seems ur company is only forIT consultancy?it wont develop any projects??
me:no sir ...its s/w development & also IT consultancy..here it took me 2-3mins to convince the officer.

vo:why are u going to U.s?
me:I'll be dealing in the xxx module..

vo:how many people involved in the project?
me:xx people.

vo:when r u joining there?
me:next month.

Ok..U will get ur passport in one week.

I would like to share my stamping experience in New Delhi Consulate on 26th October. And thanks to posts on this forum I was able to prepare well.

This is how things went for me:

My appointment was at 0930 hrs and I reached the Consulate at 0845. The security guard asked for my appointment letter, double checked it with my name in his list, and then I was allowed in a queue which runs parallel to the consulate front wall and this is where there is a counter on the wall itself where a VFS personnel asks for your DS forms, I-797, Passport, Appointment letter, HDFC receipts and Bank Draft. He will just return the pink HDFC receipt and the green one is stapled along with the DD and I-797 WITH the PASSPORT in the order I-797, Green HDFC receipt and the DD. The VFS personnel will also verify if you are carrying a 2400/- DD or not. Next we enter the consultae building. I guess there are enough posts on the procedure let me come down straight to Q/A with VO:

VO: Could you please pass on your papers
Me: Sure.

VO: For how long you were in US before?
Me: 11 Months 12 Days.

VO: You have any relatives in US?
Me: No.

VO: Where is your employer located.
Me: YYYY State, YYYY City.

VO: How did you found this job?
Me: Dice.com.

VO: Do you know no. of employees there?
Me: Around 125.

VO: Do you know how much you'll be paid?
Me: Yes madam, 60000$ per annum.

VO: Is the company owned by an Indian?
Me: Yes Madam, Its owned by YYY. But he's an American Citizen.

VO: OK.

VO: How long you have worked in <Name of the current co.>?
Me: 4 Months.

VO: Before that?
Me: <My last co. name>.

VO: Do you know the name of the client in US?
Me: No Madam. My employer has a project lined up for me there. I don't know the details.

By this time she has already approved my visa as I can see her writing across my DS-156. She didn't ask for any other paper. Nothing at all. She asked a last question while handing my papers back.

VO: Which university you went to?
Me: Madam, I did YYYY from YYY.

VO: OK. You'll get your passport in few days. Have a nice trip.
Me: Thank you madam.

That was it. Though I had read so many posts where VO asks for lotsa documents, but in my case nothing was asked for. I guess CONFIDENCE was the key. Also, I didnt ask her to repeat any question like may other were doing in front of me.

coming to my query, will there be any expiry date for H1B visa like B1 Visa. I mean...in what earlist time one shuld fly to US after H1B granted. Please clarify my doubt.

Hi,
   I request guys who attended H1b visa interview after receiving 221G. please help me out in providing few information with regard to 221g.

I attended int on may 11th and i was given 221g asking for further documents. Now i received all the documents from my employer and am planning to take up the interview.
The VO has asked me to come on any tuesday,wednesday or thursday.

Could you please let me : whether i need to take ds-156 and ds-157 again. The VO did not return me back those when i went for the first time.

If i need to take ds-156 and ds-157, how should i go about that?
What is the procedure to fill in the ds-1 56 and ds-157 again
since it has been specified i DO NOT need an fresh appointment.

Appreciate if you can you help me on the above.
