Hi,
I attended interview on jan 5,VO has taken all my original documents like(797,D-156,D-157,Educational certificates(xerox),I-127,IT returns,Employeer Photos...) except my passport.She said they need Admin Process for 4 to 6 weeks.Few days back i send mail to Consulate for my status.They replied that, they need some more time in case.Pls give me suggestions wat to do next.

How to know the status of passport
Dear All:
I have submitted the required papers that were mentioned in 221G form in the VFS drop box office.
Now i would like to know the status of my passport, is there any way by which i can call up to the consulate office or email them to know the updates about my process. As to whether they have received my passport, or it is under scan , how much approximate more time would take.
If some one of you has got a telephone number or email address by which i can get update please do inform me.

B1 & H1 at the same time
My employer in india has got me B1 visa stamped in march,06. And now also filed petition for H1. Can B1 be used till the time I am allowed to use H1(i.e.October,06 ..)? Will B1 be automatically cancelled once I enter US on H1 ?

i got administrative process.when i attended the consulate first time they asked me to bring client letter and project description.than i got that documents and sent through the vfs drop box. but i got my passport , dd and query form mentionning administrative process. if any body got like this situation plz mail me information.

How to print DS156,157 from VFS after 221(g)

I was issued a 221(g) on my first visit. I noticed that I can't download/modify the DS-156/157 for my second interview from VFS as it reports the application is already used. How can I print the forms?
