This was my H1B interview today at US Embassy London.
visa officer: good morning sir, how r u today?
me: morning , i am fine thanks
vo:what are ur responsibilities?

vo:have you got any experience in that role?

to pay the application fee again , get your final MS
degree certificate and i shall issue the visa .....
It was a group interview for me and my friend for
about 20-25 mins !! Finally he gave me a letter saying
need UK degree certificate with a ref number on top
and same to my friend which also said we need to come
without paying any additional fee.
Was happy at last as the visa officer was cool ....
will have to wait for my final degree certf ! but will
get that only in jul ..... need to call the company
ppl and sort my things for this waiting time ......
please do send ur comments and advice accordingly ....

Dear All,
I have my PA on 7th feb, I work for a reputed Indian software company.......
The Problem is that the Visa cell has filed the Visa for a client for whome I have never worked and I plan to go to US for a diff client.Fortunately, my petition got approved and I got my PA date, my employer also got the new LCA for the state that I plan to travel now.
Will the VO trap me on the grounds that the Client in my petition and the one mentioned in other forms is not the same?????
Please mail me if anyone of you had this case.

I have been issued 221(g) and asked me to visit again to Chennai Consulate. - 25JAN06
They are asking for :
1) A list of all candidates petitioned by the petitioning entry at the Chennai Consultate, the exact times in which they joined and worked and thier current whereabouts.
2) Photos of inside and outside Petitioner's work premises (SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT CENTRE)
3) A list of all the Petitioner's active projects.
4) A detailed and specific description of the internal development project to which the beneficiary will be assigned. ---- I had given the documents ie.. market survey etc. but they say it is not complete.
5) Brochure for SAP PRODUCT that (xxxxx company) is developing.
6) Copy of the Company's Lease Agreement.
Please let me know next time when I visit can I use the copy of DS-156 (having the bar code) which I have given in my 1st visit.

successfull stamping after 221(g)
hai guys,
i got visa after getting 221(g),they issued 221(g) on jan 9 th,i submitted all documents via TTS on 25 th jan,they send visa on 2 nd feb.guys don't feel tension,now a days 221(g) is very common in chennai,now they have so many requierment there,they will deff give visa.thanks for immihelp,this is very useful site who applied for h1 b visa,please friends send mail how to apply visa for my wife and kid.

My friend went on 30th jan at 10:45 and came out by 2:30.
its fresh appointment..and you know friends,my..friend was issued 221(g) with pink color paper..and saying adminsitrative processing required..and too my friends..previous company offer letter,exp letter.and h1b,i129 thats it.she was out from embassy.
Psl tell me if someone faced like this?how long it will take?anyonw got pink paper like this?one bad thing is she answered the preivous company address wrongly to VO.since she tottally forgot where she took the offer letter..she got confused..badluck.

as i told i was redirected from delhi to chennai on dec21st..i went again to chennai embassy on jan 31st and went by 9:00 clock directly with 2,300d.d and yellow letter of redirection..given by delhi people..
finger prints were againt aken.
I answered very fie for every question.and even i have very good background in company.study wise etc..but ..but...she asked what i will work on..what work as such..i said so and so client and asked me client letter..
is howed..and finally she gave me blue 221g form stating..adminsitrative processing required..
ALL...pls help me if some one got pink and blue forms saying 'Adminsitrative processing required'
Waht time it takes for them to respond back..they just took my h1b..i129 and client letter thats it..they returned back my passport everytyhing...
