Is anyone in the same boat? or does anybody has any comment?
I applied on July 15,2018
Finger print done by 08/08/2018
Got confirmation on "finger print" by 08/15/2018
After that no updates, nothing, nothing about approval on even about I-140.
Does this mean my I140 was already approved and they are generating the EAD?
Normal Processing - RFE response sent 30 July 2018
My employer filed my I-140 on Normal processing. We got RFE that was responded on 07/30/2018. But it still says its received and Taxes service center will start processing. Does anyone know how long it can take for I-140 approval after submission of reply to RFE?
Good day sir/ma

I need your advices and guidance to make my dreams become reality.
Hope to read from you soonest. Thanks.

i-485 - May 15, 2018 - Fingerprint Review has been completed
i-485J - Dec 14, 2017 - No update since a letter stating "fee has been waived"
1. Anyone with dates around mine, i140 approved?
2. Does EAD get renewed automatically?
3. L1 A Extension due in Feb 2019. With EAD do i need to apply L1A extension?
I was considering doing the premium processing for i140 but I have few questions . My perm recently got approved. I was told by my lawyer that I can apply for i140 by first week of July this year.
1. Will premium processing help me reduce my green card wait time?
2. what is current priority date and how do i know my current priority date?
3. Will it help me applying in Premium if my current PD is falling soon?
4. Is it true that premium processing gets more RFE’s? just bcs USCIS don’t want to refund money back in 14 days and if they cannot get it done in 14 days they give RFE just to buy time.
I have a question that nobody I talked to is able to clearly explain to me. I'll appreciate if anybody has knowledge about my issue. my details:
> Filed EB1A based I485 in Dec 2018. Waiting for interview (they have interviews now for EB1A)
> Plan to marry an Indian citizen (who is still in India) in October this year.
> I want to apply for her green card before my case is adjusted and then having to file for her as family (which will delay her case for years)
My questions are:
> Is it OK to apply for her after my interview (which is not scheduled yet)
> Can I also file for her from India?
I would appreciate any other helpful suggestion that can make me get her here faster and get her green card also soon.
You guys are wonderful. May God bless you
