I would like to say Thank you for sharing there experiences. I was continously reading this forum since my visa has been iniatiated.
My visa was on 21st Nov 2013 at Chennai. For me it was very easy as I am working for very well know IT company. Following are the questions asked during my interivew.
I : Good afternoon Sir,
VO : Good afternoon.
I: How are you Sir,
VO : I am fine Sir, How are you.
I: I am fine Sir, Thank You.
VO: So you work for YYYY
I : Yes
VO: How long you have been working with YYYY
I: 2 years and 9 months.
VO: So you work for client
I : No, Sir I work for Parent company.
VO: What you do for YYYY
I : Started explaining my Job details
VO: So you work for YYYY management
I: No, Sir I am working as YYYY
VO: Sorry Sir, I dont understand what you are explaing. So you work for YYYY

i am working for a famous Bangalore based IT service company.
few of my colleagues who recently attended Visa Interview told me that they are almost rejecting all IT service company people. can you please comment on this ? is this the truth ?

L2 Work permit (EAD) renewal when L1 Extension is in process.
Our Visa expired in September 2013 & I-94 expires in April 2014. My spouse's L1 extension is currently in process. Applied for L2 Work permit (EAD) renewal before it expired in October 2013. To my surprise,got it renewed in November 2013 (less than a month !) with the new expiry date as April 2014.
Documents I submitted are, G1145 E-Notification form,I-765 Application form,$380 Money order Receipt,Copy of EAD (front&back),Copy of our passport & I-94,Two photos & Copy of L1 Extension receipt Notice. Hope it helps !

Had a busy day at Chennai. I had my stamping completed on 12-Nov OFC and Interview were scheduled on the same day.
VO: So you work for xxxx company.
Me: Yes
VO: You salary is xx+1 lakhs
Me: Its actually xx,57,000, but you can round it up to xx+1 lakhs
VO:What is your salary in the US
Me: 66 K
VO: Which customer you will be working with.
Me: xxx, USA
VO: What is your specialization.
Me:.......... talk about it ............
Couple other questions and started stamping my I129s
VO: I am approving your visa
Me. Thank you.
VO: You will get an SMS when your passport is ready.
Me. Alright.
Stupid Me: So, you are going to hold on to those passports ?
VO: Yes, you will get an SMS once they are ready.

Attitude: Casual, I went with family. Got a 3 year visa.

Hi all,
I have been in US from June 2009 till Dec 2009 and from March 2011 till date. currently I have a valid L1 B Individual visa and i have applied for extension as my I 94 is expiring on 18th Dec 2013. Now, my visa case status went to RFE but yet to receive the details. Can someone help me with current success ratio of L1 B individual visa's? any recent experience would help too?
