Thank you for all your experiences.. which helped me a lot in my preperation for interview and I'm pleased to share my experience with you all .
I got my L1B approved today. It was a good day and I did not see any rejection till the time i was inside.
Interview was pretty long it lasted for 10 mins, he asked me:
1. how r u ?
2. where are you going?
3. indian salary?
4. US salary?
5. specialized skills?
6. what do you do with these products on which u have specialized knowledge?
7. which place are you going to?
8. from how many years you are working on these products.
Your visa is approved, have a nice stay ..

Query In DS 160
Hi All,
I've submitted DS 160 form and my interview date is also finalised.
I've not filled up reoles n responsibilities in detail and also did not mention specialised skill.
Will this create any problem?
Is there any way by which I can update submitted DS 160?
Or can I raise new DS 160 and link it to existing DS 160 by any means?

L1 Blanket chances after prior refusal
Hello,
I have been working in Company X for the last 3 years now. I had my L1 B Blanket Visa application refused in June 2012 from this company. Now, a fresh L1 Blanket Visa is being filed for me again from X company. Right now, I am in a different project as compared to 2012 and also at a higher designation. That being a Manager. In this scenario, are there any trends as to whether due to a prior Blanket refusal, the chanced of getting a new Blanket Visa approved are higher/lower/no difference?
It would be great to hear similar experiences from someone.

Please help if anyone knows about the marriage certificate rules..
Hello Everyone..
I have one doubt regarding marriage certificate.
I got married last year Dec 20 and I applied for marriage certificate at my native place which is having Graam Panchayat.
So I got the marriage certificate from there. There are no photographs of both of us on the certificate.
Will this be OK for the interview? I have marriage card and lots of marriage photographs..
Please help if anyone knows about the marriage certificate rules..

L1B Premium processing or regular???
Is everybody having L1B Premium processing here or just regular....since this is not mentioned,i'm sceptical if regular has good amount of Visa Approval or not.Please advise.Thanks to all the community member for sharing their exp.This is a great help!

L1B Individual visa Approved at Mumbai Consulate
I am indebted to everyone who posted their experience here, for it taught me a lot about what to expect.
I have a few things to add here.
1. Individual L1B ( or L1A's i assume) are relatively easily approved ( or so I gather). Unless you screw up big time ( or say something different from what your DS160/i129, you should be fine.
2. In my case the VO did not even ask about the specialisation. He just asked me about my previous B1 visits ( if you have these, figure out clearly how you will justify them. 2 months or more on b1 is a big no-no).
3. Be Respectful and pleasant.
4. There is some amount of Luck factor here. The VO I spoke to seemed like a really nice guy. But since, you have no control over this bit, just give it your best shot and practise really hard.

Help on L1B individual visa

Could you guys help me with the affidavit for L1B individual?? What kind of details should go into affidavit to make it a strong case.
I have done my bachelors in mechanical engg & have 5 years IT experience & overall 11 years experience. My company visa cell suggested me to go for L1B individual rather than blanket. Bit worried since few of my colleagues process is still going on for past 9 months.
Can I apply for H1 even if my L1B-I is into processing??
