Visa Approved .. Awaiting Passport with stamp
Hi All, I had my L1B blanked along with dependents(wife and a kid) on 8th which got approved.
I got a message that PassPort is ready for pickup for my wife and kid. But mine still shows in Administrative Processing. Anybody has a similar experience?

Need advice - Calgary US Consulate
Hi all. Can you please confirm if there is any storage facility to keep back bag in or near Calgary is consulate? I have read in few places that they allow for 5$ fee in the print shop in ground floor. Anyone recently visited confirm this? I am going with a child and flying to Calgary in the same morning so not booking car or hotel. Thanks in advance.

Need suggestion for L1B extension
Hi All,
I am working in US for last 2+ Years on L1B in california and i am planning to go for L1B extension in few weeks in Chennai. I live in Faridabad (Near New Delhi).
31st July - Fingerprinting (Wed)
1st Aug - Interview (Thu)
Suppose, everything goes well and my Visa gets approved, in that case do you think i have enough time to travel back on 10th Aug (6 Am) to US. I am assuming 2 days for Visa Approval - So by Monday (5th Aug) and 2-3 days for Courier service to get back my visa (8th Aug).
Is that assumption makes sense?

L1A Blanket Experience
Thanks to this community which helped me prepare - time to give back.
Had my interview earlier this July and i was accompanied with my spouse (who is not working) and 3.x years old kid. I managed to prepone the appointment date (checked for available slots everyday) by 10 days but had to rush as the new slot was just 2 days out!
On the interview date, we were given priority at all check points (due to kid) and were at fees payment counter in 15 mins of reaching the entry gate! In another 10 mins we were called for the interview (no wait in queue - volunteer asked if L1 and routed me ahead of final interview queue).
It was mostly standard questions -
Greeted but did not get a response as VO was engaged with his system
- How long have you been working in xxx company (known MNC)
2.x years. Also gave total experience which confused VO slightly so had to reiterate 2.x years in current firm.
- What is your Indian salary
I replied in INR MM to which VO was amused. Converted to Lacs immediately and he nodded!
- What is your designation in India
Mentioned (manager). VO was unsure so explained in 4-5 words
- What would be your designation in US
Mentioned (manager)
- What would be your salary in US
Mentioned total xyz including base of abc (Only base is mentioned in I129S) and benefits
(xyz > 180K)
- How many direct reports in US

- Which place you would be travelling
