had applied for my l1b individual extension at the california center towards end of August 2018. more than 6 months now and no update received. Has anyone who has applied around this time period got their status or is still awaiting.

L2 to H1 Conversion
I am on L2 visa in USA and Last year my Employer filed for me H1B .
L2 expired - 30th Sep 2018
My husband filed for L1 extension (for me and kids also), and receipt date is 16th June 2018 in normal processing.
on Aug 15th 2018, I got H1B approval and converted from L2 to H1B from 1st October 2018 and my I94 valid till 2021.
Now my husband extension still pending. Is there any issue for my H1B status if he got L1 Approved ?
Now I want to convert my kids under my dependents , as they are in extension do they need to go outside of USA and apply for H4 / Can I apply when they are in 240 day window in USA?
please help me with this asap.

L2 Visa Experience - Separate Application
Hi All
I applied separately from my spouse for L2 Visa at New Delhi Embassy on March 4th.
I have previous history of Schengen Visa and have a valide B1/B2 Visa.
Asked for my passport.
Q1: How long have you been married
Q2: Love or Arranged
Q3: How many people attended wedding
Q4: Where does your wife work
Q5: Is she in US or in India (She is flying out on March end, answered)
Q6: Which city am i going to
Q7: Highest Qualification (MBA)
Q8: Asked if I have a copy of my wife's L1
Quickly checked my B1/B2 visa on the passport and approved my visa.
The officer seemed to look for reason to approve my visa instead of rejecting given the low risk. B1/B2, L1 and H1B were grilled more.
Note - I was carrying wedding photos, and marriage certificates but wasn't asked for it. Was also expecting a question on why I applied separately. I797B of my wife was checked in a counter prior to second biometric at the embassy.

My L1 B Individual petition is approved by USICS after RFE.
I have my interview scheduled for next month.
In my petition, it says -Are you filing applications for dependents with this petition?
and the attorney has marked NO.
I have taken appointment for my spouse also. Will it create any issues in our interview and approvals?

L1A(Individual) Stamping
Hello,
Interview Date: 5th feb
Visa Interview went all fine.
DS 5535 submitted on : 6th Feb
Last case update date: 5th Feb.
USTravelDocs: " No Info on given Passport".
L1A individual visa stamping interview was on 5th Feb.
Visa interview went fine but the officer asked me to go to a different window , Where I was given a yellow form which doesn;t say any form number but only mentioned my Case number and In the status it says Admin Processing.
I was given DS 5535 the same day which I sent back through email immediately.
The case hasn't been updated since then. Us Travel Docs says "No info present on the passport"
Anyone else seen anything like this before?
I am still not sure if this is 221g as the form I was given doesn't indicate any refusal or any form number.

I mean, will I eligible for cap exempt extension for remaining tenure of my H1B?

URGENT! L1A Blanket Rejected / Can i make Changes to Document??
Hi All,
L1A Blanket Rejection in Chennai - "Not Clearly Approvable" - No Blue Slip Given and was asked to connect with Company HR or Attorney to apply for different category. As Blanket has very Narrow Margin.
I am curious to know Can i make changes to my documents in terms of functions, roles & responsibilities and direct/indirect reportees for my L1A Individual filing to make the case more stronger??
Or is it that one has to be consistent with Paperwork as submitted for Blanket Application?
Urgent thoughts needed!
