Got a call from immigration - Dallas office
Hi, did anyone recently have an interview scheduled and received a call from immigration stating that the usps didn't deliver the file and they cannot find a tracking number. Therefore, the interview will be rescheduled when the file arrives. If so, how long did it take them to reschedule the interview and did the interview have successful outcome? I waited for this n-400 interview for soooo long and feel so frustrated that I had to wait even more :(

Hi All,
I am filling N400 form online and need clarification on one question in the form which is related to membership of any organization, fund etc,
I have been giving donation often to the temple I visit frequently. Do I have to mention this? I am not the member of temple or it’s organization committee but giving monthly donations for more than a year now using my credit card.
Do I need to declare this?

NYC - citizenship interview
Hey! I finally got my interview notice last week for March 4, 2021 NYC. Does anyone know how long it takes to finish up the interview in federal plaza downtown? My interview time is 1:25pm and I don’t know how many hours it will take to get in and out. Thanks in advance

NYC summon
Hi guys, i applied for citizenship around a year ago and waiting for interview now and just remembered that i had a summon from New York state for doing Airbnb in my rental. I had no idea it was illegal, i paid fine online and stopped doing it and completely forgot about it.
Was i actually "cited"? Should i tell about this to the officer when i have an interview? I would appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Please Help: N400, DUI, Traffic Ticket
I need help and advise urgently please. I have my N400 interview in a few days. Before I got my first GC, I had a DUI arrest in May 2017 that was reduced to a reckless driving with no probation, no suspension of license I only paid a fine. The arrest record was sealed and I have the court disposition and police report. I noted it in my application. I took an alcohol class back then at my lawyer’s recommendation. Also, I have four different traffic tickets that sum up to $450 between 2016 - 2021 and I have paid all of it in full and I have the receipts. I applied for N400 in Nov 2020 which is 3 years 5 months after my arrest desposition. I am still married to my wife who is a US citizen.
Would this be a problem?
Does anyone have any advise or precaution that I should be aware of?

N-400 through marriage to a US citizen
I am married to a US citizen and will be finishing 3 years of residency(green card) issued through this marriage in September 2021. Can I file N-400 6 months before finishing the 3 years (which in my case will be March 2021) or do I have to wait until I finish my 3 years (after September 2021) to apply for citizenship?

Hello friends,
So my interview is scheduled for second week of March. So my question is that my accountant is not available until March 15th. So he will be able to file my 2020 tax after March 15th. So what during the interview if IO ask for 2020 tax return?can I say that I haven’t filed yet because the deadline is April 15th?
