***WAC FILERS ***N400 INTERVIEW WITH I-751 PENDING 2021
Hey all,
 California service center for I-751
 Los Angeles center for N400

Timeline for I-751
March. 2019 received Form I-751
May 2019 biometric and received the extension around that time
June 2019 We completed our review of your fingerprints
April15 2020 was transferred to another USCIS office.
August 26, 2020 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction (NBC - NATIONAL BENEFIT CENTER)
December 2020 I-551 expired

January 5 2021 I submitted an inquiry because my I-751 case was outside normal processing time
USCIS got back to me with an email that says they will respond to my inquiry by January 26/ 2021
January 26/ 2021 I checked my USCIS account the inquiry wasn't assigned to any officer
on January 27/ 2021 I called to get a I-551 stamp appointment
the lady who answered was very nice and helpful - I was actually shocked that someone picked up the phone - she told me that she will put me on a line to schedule my info pass appointment, I asked her a couple questions on my I-751 she said its still in NBC and there is no processing times

since I have a pending N400 case too, I asked her about the status and she told me that they will schedule it for an interview
which was weird because my n400 timeline is below

March April 2020 submitted n400 and receipt notice was received
December 10, 2020 biometric reuse
(no other info was provided on my account )

she didn't give me any additional information.

on JAN 28 2021 I got an email that my interview notice is scheduled for March 2021

now my questions are...

1- will they do both I-751 and N-400 together in the interview ?
2- can I ask to do both at the same time? is there any reason for the officer to refuse to do both cases at the same time?
3- is the oath on the same day? can I ask for it to be on the same day?
4- what kind of questions do they ask in a combo interview?
5- how much time does the interview take?
6- do they give or take any documents / green card in the interview?
7- how do I apply for a passport?and how long does It take to get one?

sorry for the long post. this process draineddddddd me
can't wait for it to be over
good luck to all

Biometrics Appointments Backlog in NYC - N400
Good evening to the entire community and happy new year !

I submitted my form N-400 on 11/24/2020 (2 months +now), I am depending of USCIS NY Manhattan USCIS.
Currently : Estimated case completion time : September 2021 (8 months)
Estimated wait time: We are taking longer than expected to process your case. You do not need to do anything at this time.

Two questions.
1. I know NYC is currently experiencing massive backlog to schedule biometrics appointments. Any insight on current delays ? Any feedback on experiences from people having recently submitting N-400 in NYC ?
2. Can we give any credibility to the "estimated case completion time" displayed on your USCIS page ? Seems odd when compared to USCIS timeline estimate per location.

Many thanks in advance !

N400 Interview, Fairfax, Virginia
Finally today I've been scheduled for an interview of naturalization at USCIS Washington DC field office in Fairfax, Virginia for the first week of March 2021. Received notice in USCIS online account. But there is still no update about my other I-751 case which is pending for an interview to be scheduled since November 20th, 2019. I filed I-751 on May 09th, 2019 and completed its biometrics on November 18th, 2019.

N400 Traffic violation
Hello Everyone,

Need your help.
My car was drove by one of my friend 8 years back in New Jersey and he passed through E-z zone without E-z tag on my car.
I received fine over post later in my registered address but I had moved to different city by that time so they sent to collection authority and then I got the call from collection authority and I paid the dues and they assured that it will not effect my credit score.
Obviously there was no citation ticket as no police office had stopped him.
Am I suppose to report this in N400 form under citation section??
I have no clue about the amount I had paid as it was 8 years back.
Please advice

N-400 application supporting documents
Hi everyone,

I'm preparing my N-400 application based on marriage of a US citizen, and I'm going to submit it online. Would you guys recommend submitting whatever supporting documents we have (lease agreements, insurance policies, bank accounts, etc.) with the application in addition of course to the tax documents that are required, or I should just bring all the supporting documents on the date of the interview?

I don't know what's best, and I would really appreciate any recommendations that you guys might have based on your experiences.
