Oath cancelled and case was transferred to another juridiction
Hi folks,
I thought my journey would be over today but different scenario happened to me.
So i applied in MD Baltimore office in january. August 2020 i moved in fairfax and filed AR-11. But anyway by the end of september i received an interview notice to be on october 13th in Baltimore MD. I went for the interview, the officer looked confused and went ahead with the interview, i passed the test and case was approved and also updated my new address on the application.
On 10/20/2020 i received aanother notice oath was scheduled on11/04/2020 but again in Baltimore MD
So i went today for my oath, they had my certificate ready, after showing the apppintment letter, they noticed my new address and cancelled it on the spot saying they dont have juridiction that my case needs to be transferred to another field office closer to my new address.
So my question, how long does it take to transfer the case?

Dallas Interview received for spouse and son but not for me
It's been more than two weeks since my wife & son received interview date. I have filed along with them on same day and still waiting for mine (Dallas field office).
Did anyone see this happen often or in similar situation?

Hello all. Do we surrender the GC upon approval if approved immediately or on the day of ceremony or after getting the certificate?? Still waiting for interview at Dallas office but trying to prepare and know what to expect. Thanks

N400 Houston - Oath Ceremony Schedule
Had my N400 interveiw on September 28. Since then status on uscis.gov still says You attended your interview and We approved your petition. When i check on egov it says Case was submited for quality review based on approval recommendation. At the interview, the IO gave me the approval form. Anybody else still waiting to get notification for oath ceremony in Houston? Completion date also changed from December 2020 to March 2022?

My husband is an LPR who applied for citizenship in June. We live in Boston but he recently received a notification saying his case has been transferred. Shortly after, he is now scheduled for an interview at the Lawrence, MA office. I hear the oath ceremonies for those who attend their interview at the Lawrence office is usually in Worcester and that's kinda far for us.

FELONY CRIMINAL RECORDS SHARED BETWEEN COUNTRIES
I'm facing felony charges and though been in USA for over 30 years as green card holder (married w/4 children), never applied for citizinship; if charges remain as B felony (aggravated assault) deportation is most likely to happen and I'm concern about deportation consequences if so:
Question 1) Where do I find out if Ecuador has an agreement with USA on sharing criminal felony charges? Also, are grounds of deportation share with Ecuador?
Question 2) If convicted, am I going to serve time in USA first and then be deported or ICE will deport me before serving time?
