Finally Oath Ceremony Completed!

Few questions-
1) Can I register to vote or do I need to wait for few days for records to be updated?
2) SSA offices are closed since March 17. Anyone has any suggestion on how to update SSN record? Do they do it online? I couldn't find any option.
3) Do need to wait for SSN record to be updated before applying for US passport ?

Indiana and traffic ticket not mentioned in N400
Recently(Oct-01-2020) I applied for citizenship. After submitting N400, I remembered that I had three traffic violations :
1) Year 2006: caught at 82 mph on highway with 70 mph limit, paid fine
2) Year 2006 or 2007: caught at 40 mph in city street with 30 nph limit, paid fine
3) Year 2011: caught for violation of right turn in city street, paid fine.
In response to Question 22 :
Have you EVER committed, assisted in committing, or attempted to commit, a crime or offense for which you were NOT arrested?
I answered : No
Will these create any problem ? is there any way to correct those like uploading a document mentioning the mistake?
My case probably will be in Indiana, any experience with Indiana office?

I applied for N-400 some time in the middle of January 2020 and am still waiting to be called for an interview. Has anyone been called for an interview in Albany recently and when have you applied? Or I would also be curious to hear if there is anyone out there who applied before January 2020 in Albany and is still waiting to be called? Any estimated time completion dates in my profile have been erased as of a couple of months now and I am just sitting here and patiently waiting. Any piece of information would be highly appreciated.
