Biometrics Appointment: May 23, 2018
Nothing since then. No interview or even interview date scheduled. Any advice? I have already reached out to USCIS with no response.

Fairfax Judiciary Oath - Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed (Name change)
Finally today my status got updated to "Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed" after waiting for 4 months. My interview was scheduled on Nov 2018 and today my status got updated since then.
I looked at online and currently, I don't see my notice. I may need to wait for 24-36 hours for the system to be updated.

I applied online 02/27/18, and had my biometrics two weeks after that. My interview was finally scheduled for 01/09/2019. USCIS officer approved my case, and said my oath ceremony will be scheduled. My case status went from "Application has been approved" to "You attended your interview". It's been 2 months, and I haven't heard anything yet. Any other filers from TN?

Memphis Field Office
HI Ya'll, I had my interview on February 19 at Memphis Field Office and my case was approved the same day. Online status shows in line for oath ceremony but today I got an email from DHS saying "we are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time." Does anyone have same experience? I am not changing my Name. I am planning to go back home next month and desperately waiting for my oath ceremony.

Rescheduling Oath : NYC
Hello,
i had my interview at NY Field Office on October 3rd 2018 and was recommended for approval. Oath scheduled for October 26th 2018 but i had to reschedule because of travel abroad.
Now, it has been over 4.5 months and no single update. IO says i am in line to be rescheduled.
Does anyone have a rough idea of how long does this process take in NY? Should i expect another month? 3 months?
My Travel Document expires and i need to go to Europe in April - should i renew it now, or risk and sit tight hoping Oath will happen soon?
Any similar experiences appreciated.

My fiance has applied for a visitors Visa/B2 Visa to the USA but has been denied twice. He will be applying again this year. He has never mentioned me for his reason for visit. My questions are; 1) Will his denial affect us when we do the K1? 2) Will the fact that he has never mentioned me affect us when we do the K1?

I know that's the rule Applicant must fulfill 30 months physical presence out of five years
1 at the time of application sent . 2 at the time interview 3 on oath date .
Question . at the time of filing I spend 900 days out side in last five years May 2013 to May 2018 no trip over 18o days.
after bio took 2 trips with 110 days
now calculated days from (Mar 2014 to Mar 2019 last five years ) totals days out side 822
Question is how Oi will calculate at the day of interview time spend out side at the time of filling 900 + 110=1010 (MAY 2013 to MAR 2019 which is more than 5 years )
IF IO CALUCLATE DAYS SINCE I APPLIED TILL NOW THATS GOING TO BE 1010 WHICH MAKES NOT ELIGABLE
OR MAR 2014 to Mar 2019 822 days (NOW BECKWARDS FIVE YEARS ARE MAR 2014 TO MAR 2019)

Hey guys,
I'm currently going through my naturalization process, and after a mishap with registering to vote and having to submit documents, I just received an update online on how I'm now put in line for an oath ceremony. However, I checked my estimated case completion time and it's 5 months away. I'm trying to go to a study abroad that's 3 months away. I know I can expedite my passport and visa, so all I'm waiting for now is the oath ceremony. Can anyone tell me how accurate those estimated wait times are for the Detroit, and what typically is the average wait length? Thanks in advance.
