NYC 1 Year and 1/2 N400 Naturalization Process
Finally after 20 years living in NYC and 1 and 1/2 (1.5) years dealing with the N400 Naturalization application I can say that I am an American Citizen. Just wanted to share my timeline so the NYC applicants have an idea of my case and timeline and if it is taking long for you NYC residents, just continue waiting that at some point USCIS will get to your file... and if not, contact Senators Schumer or Gillibrand and they will probably help. (In my case they did tho). FYI: NYC is very delayed and its normal that N400 applications take 1 to 1.5 years.

Timeline:

N400 Sent: October 22/2016 (By USPS with Tracking Number)
Arrived: October 25/2016
Check Withdrawal: October 26/2016
Biometrics: November 16/2016
In Line for Interview: November 29/2016

------LONG WAIT--------- (6 Months)

Interview Scheduled (Letter Sent): May 23/2017
Interview Date: June 27/2017 (26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY)
(N14 Requiring More Evidence: Officer ask for hard copies of bank statements with residence address - I think she wanted to make it difficult for me. Since the start of the interview she was very rude)
N14 Sent: July 17/2017 - Huge Package with more than 1000 pages with all my information, last 5 years assets, travels, pictures, etc.
October 23/ 2017: After 120 days from interview I contacted Senators and Representative. They where very efficient, answering me on time and I think it push my case...
October 24/2017: Senator Office call me saying my case was approved and in Queue for Oath Ceremony
-----LONG WAIT------
February 1/2018: Oath Ceremony Scheduled, Letter Sent
February 9/2018: Oath Ceremony Letter Arrived

Mistakes on N400 application
Dear all, I have make 3 mistakes on my N400 application. I misinterpreted and said "No" to 2 questions that I probably should have said "YES". Because I choose "No", I didn't answer for the third question that related to the first two.

Upon reviewing all my paperwork with immigration again as I prepare for my interview, I think I probably should have said "YES" to the two questions. I had no intention to conceal or lie about the information. I interpretted them wrongly. I was going through so much at the time and my brian was not at its clearest. Now, I'm worried beyond words.

I have interview appointment in about 1 month. I plan to inform the immigration officer right away about this mistake when I also update a few other information.

If anyone has done a mistake in your application, how did you address it? Any experience shared will be greatly appreciated. I am now very scared because I've read that even a geniunely innocent mistake could cause denial. I
