Good news for those of u looking for a way to sign up for my uscis account to view the latest action and view pdf documents before u get the actual mail. I was on the same boat and missed my 30 days widow time to do so and the access code they provided me expired. So i just decided to call customer srrvice line on friday and requested if they could help me sign up from their end. Right away the nice lady connected me to the Elis technical support and a nice guy provided me with a new access code. Long story short i was able to sign up and thats how i viewed today i was scheduled for an interview on 05/05 and will be sent a mail shortly. Weird enough my online case status hasnt changed yet and is still on finger print.

Hello, I hope will get an answer for my question because I'm so worried and anxious !!
I had my interview last Tuesday on Manhattan/NY office, interviewer asked couple questions overall it went at the end he said decision can't be made and he needs supervisor review, same day on the interview my online status have changed to "case under supervisor review completed and will mail me once the decision is made" !!
I haven't seen anyone before posted this online status update? have anyone had a similar experience? Please advise and thank you in advance!!

now that i have recieved my interview letter for an interview on June 5, i have 2 questions.
1/ can i take my cell phone inside the building
2/ i will be going to the facility in Manhattan, so is there parking at the facility or near by.

USCIS received my N 400 Application on August 15, 2016.
Did my BIometrics on September 8th, 2016.
Nothing until now, and the case status says "biometrics scheduled".
The first Infopass on March 8th -- I was told that I was still in "name Check" process and once it is completed, an interview would be scheduled.
Nothing until May 1st. So I called the USCIS the second time. As my case is out of normal processing time (Indianapolis is August 18th 2016 now), so she sent a "request for Inquiry" of the case.
Yesterday, my online case status still said biometrics scheduled, but the notification on there says -- a response was sent to the inquiry. The second message says, the inquiry is complete now.
However, I have not received any response. I do not know where they have sent it to although the lady said they would email me and they have my correct email address also.
I am now worried as to where the response has been sent and what is the response/
Does anyone have any clue about this whatsoever? Any help from you will be greatly appreciated.

Holstville, NY Interview and Ceremony

So I did my interview on May 5th, 2017 at the Long Island office located in Holtville NY. They said that the next upcoming ceremony is on May 23rd. I passed my interview and on the form N-652, it said:
1. You passed the test of English and U.S. History and government.
2. Congratulations your application is recommended for approval.
Do you know how long it took for them to send you your oath letter and if so, do you think they will be able to schedule me into that May 23rd spot. They said that final approval must be granted.
Also has anyone had experience with the Long Island office?
