Is there anyone in the Washington D.C. area that has their oath scheduled and know the date? If so, could you please share the date?

Thanks!

Getting closer to Oath
Today my online status changed to "We recommended that your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number IOE09 YYYY XX, be approved. On February 15, 2017, your case was submitted for quality review. This is a standard process we use to ensure the quality of our decisions. Once our quality review is done you will be scheduled for an oath ceremony. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

When I log into my online account, it says "oath ceremony has been scheduled and we will mail an oath letter"

Anybody else get this message? And how long did it take to get the oath letter?

Thanks!

N-400 lack of GMC

I applied for the citizenship (N-400) based on 5 years as LPR but unfortunately my application got denied because of tax issues( denial based on lack of good moral character), so when i applied i mentioned as i owe IRS and i am in a payment plan ( which is true and i have been making payments as agreed) short story i owe multiple years of tax (3 years) and the reason why i because every year i ending up owing when i filed my taxes since i have high taxable income and my debt is about mid 20 thousands, so when i went for the interview i took my payment plans and receipts that when i make payments, but on the denial letter immigration office specified that i didn't justify enough why i wasn't able to pay my taxes when they were due and therefor they found me with lack of good moral character, even though when i mentioned that i support my wife and 2 yrs old baby since we are single income household but this wasn't enough.
So my question is, i have few options and i am looking for an advice, i have been given 30 days to appeal as normally they do which i think this option may not be the best the way i see, as it takes long and the final results may not be positive on my end .
My second option which i was thinking the best but i am not sure on couple things, is that i can pay off my taxes completely( which i am planing taking money from retirement savings and do so) and owing nothing to IRS and re file new N-400 which i will answer that i don't owe anything to a government, but my worries is that since i was denied first time due to GMC , paying off the debt to IRS may not negate this past findings( unless Immigration should adjudicate my new application based on what i mentioned on this new application and without looking at the fact that i was denied in the past and i was found lack of GMC), and by filling out the new application also may save some time and sort of assurance on getting approved if that above factor is not the issue( the fact that i was found lacking GMC on past application)
Can someone shed a light to me with any ideas/inputs on what is the best option , thanks !!!

Have all IOE applications been placed on hold? If so, has this changed? OMG I need to get my citizenship ASAP before anything tragic happens.

Decision cannot yet be made
I had my interview yesterday. Passed the civics and English tests, but at the end the IO said "a decision cannot yet be made" because they need to check my travel records. My work involves a lot of travel.

Very disturbed. Anybody experienced the same thing? What does it mean?

Im glad I'm not the only one going thru an impatient breakdown.
So my journey starts almost a year ago:

4/26/16 - Sent my Application N400
05/02/16 - Application was received
06/06/16 - Biometrics Done
11/08/16 - Attended Interview
Nothing after that.

The day I attended my interview was elections day! (crazy…) so all the officers were giving the oath ceremony the same day, I was extremely concern because I have a DUI in my record from back in 2012. I presented all the paperwork needed to show that the case has been expelled . The officer was having a hard day since they are now using a new system where everything is done electronically. Made the interview less non rocking since the questions were done in less than 5 mins and the rest of the time (maybe another 45mins) were trying to figured out the system… she was approving my application but the system keep getting stuck, after maybe 1 hour of trying she finally gave up and told me to wait outside while they were trying to fix the system.
Finally after maybe another 2 hours of waiting… which to be honest i didn't mind to wait since I KNEW how long it could take after… anyway! The manager came out and told me that they couldn't process my oath ceremony like the rest of the people, to wait bc i was going to be schedule to the ceremony of December.

Nothing happen on December…. I went on an Info pass in December to ask why i didn't received my oath as it was promise they said the i needed to keep waiting until January.

Yes! you guessed it! NOTHING HAPPEN IN JANUARY haha

I called in January since my status has been shown as "Case under Quality review, base on an Approval" they said officer can take up to 90 days to make a decision after interview. So i wait for the 90 days to be completed, I called back again on day 91 after interview. They create an inquiry….So now I received a letter saying that it can take ANOTHER 90 DAYS!!

has someone going thru the same problem??? Give me HOPE!! Any Suggestions of what can I do? … Its just frustrating… either way thank you for reading i needed to let out haha that letter put my hopes in the floor.
