Hi Everyone,

Can someone please help me figure out the field office that's processing my application? I live in the greater Los Angeles area. Here are my application details:

Case Received - 7/18/16
Biometrics done - 8/8/2016
At some point 3-4 months back my status changed to say "USCIS has scheduled your interview appointment and will mail you the appointment notice." However, not received anything as of this point.

Thanks for the help!

n-400 Seattle
Hi. Need help . Attended citizenship interview in Seattle and IO gave me N14 notice.

The N14 stated "decision cannot be made" and requested few docs to be mailed back to USCIS Seattle within 30 days.

I have mailed them back within a week. And its been 22 days since they were sent but still no response

Does anyone know average response time after N14 requested docs been sent?

Appreciate advice from members. Just cannto sleep over this uncertainty.

Thanks in advance.

N400 - Atlanta
I filled for mine on 07/01/16
Case Received Date: 07/06/2016
Fingerprints done on July 24
When I go online it show:

Status still in process
Status Message: USCIS has scheduled your interview appointment and will mail you the appointment notice
Pending Action: None

When I go on the page to check my case status it doesn't say anything about my interview been scheduled. Is there anybody with a similar situation? How long it usually takes to receive the letter?

Thanks

Could this be the reason for my delay?
So Biometric (fingerprint) was done for my family late June and early July. We have not heard anything abotu the interview yet.

But, we were getting mails from IRS stating that we have unpaid tax from previous year. We sent our check, but we still received a letter from IRS that we have to pay.
Now, I plan on visiting IRS to pay for this fee.

But I am wondering if this could be the reason for not getting the interviews for my family? We are all under dependent by one of us.

N400 Atlanta Oath Date
I went for my interview on Nov 21st, a decision could not be made. I found out over the phone that my case was approved by the Super on Dec 7th, but my online status was never updated, it still says interview was scheduled. A service request was sent to the IO and they got back to me today. Im having a judicial ceremony (in a court house) not at the USCIS field office. The court is scheduling my date not USCIS and there is a naturalization schedule on the courts website, there are no dates for January in Atlanta.

Hope this helps others in the same situation.

Here is the response

What We Have Done
USCIS has reviewed your Service Request. According to USCIS records, we anticipate you should receive a notice from USCIS within 120 days of this notice.

**You were given an approval letter at the end of your interview. We will send you an oath notice once the oath ceremony is scheduled and will send the notice to the most current address on file.

What You Can Do
If you do not receive a notice from USCIS by the time specified above, please contact the National Customer Service Center at the phone number below.

Your file is in the queue for oath ceremony scheduling with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. You will receive an oath ceremony notice as soon as the District Court makes oath ceremony dates available for scheduling, and the files ahead of your file in the scheduling queue have been scheduled. We cannot give you an exact date, since we do not know in advance when oath ceremony dates will be made available.
