Interview for citizenship
I had my interview September 10. I passed my English and civic test, BUT desision cannot be made, because they could not read my fingerprint ( I have a very wet hands:() . Officer asked for Clarence letter from local police department. Imidiatly after interview I went and got my clerance letter and mailed back. Test was not hard. I just hope that I will get my oath letter soon. Good luck to all of you! I worke in the hospital and surve the nation and people in need. They had so many background checked already . They had my fingers prints for both green cards and stool need the letter from police. I neve had any problems with law. Any one there had the same?

N400 Delay over 2 years
Hi,
I filed N400 back on Feb 2010, passed the interview on May 2010 and still waiting till this date 8/6/2012.
No decision has been made. Every time I make an inquery, the response is the same " It is taking more than normal processing time , You have to wait "
It has been over 2 years and 3 months and still no decision has been made.
Can I sue the USCIS for such delay?

Filed complain against the local USCIS officer
I took the Citizen test and passed in the begining of this year, and the interview officer was very ruled. So I filled a complaint against her. Feb. 8 I received a notification stating my case is in the waiting to be scheduled for the Oath Ceremony. However this is the last time I've heard from them.
I called the customer support, and was told that if by June 2nd I have not heard anything back from the USCIS GA local office, i need to call the customer support again. Today is May 31, i have received nothing.
I'd like to get some advise on what I need to do next? Many thanks,

I would like to take the time to thank you all in this forum for giving me your experience and advise through ut my journey in becoming US citizen. I finally take the oath yesterday, May 24th, 2012 in LA Covention Center and finally I can say that I'm US citizen. Here is the complete timeline :
12/24/2011 : Application N-400 sent
01/04/2012 :Application received
Finger print skipped because they still have mine when I applied Travel doc 7 months ago.
04/02/2012 :Received letter for interview
05/02/2012 :Interview(passed)
05/07/2012 :Received letter for oath
05/24/2012 :Oath day (US citizen)

I have a few questions.
I just applied for my US Citizenship April 15th.
My 5 year US Green Card anniversary is end of Aug. 2012.
What is my time expectations to get US Citizenship?

Hi everybody! On april 28, my case status change to "On April 28, 2012, the supervisor review of your case was completed. We will mail you a notice once a final decision has been made. Please wait to receive the notice before you contact USCIS."Does anybody knows how long it will take? thank you all very much
