Was as if his computer was having issues I.e could not upload or something, he called a lady and they discussed, d lady was telling him what to do, touching the screen. At this point Vo requested we sit somewhere that he will call me back, he said to us, I,m not denying you visa but administrative processing
Vo. Called us after about ten minutes, typed again and repeated that he's not denying us visa but administrative processing that we should come in two weeks, he apologized and gave us the passports and white 221g paper.

 Am new here, just wanna share my experience today, am a student in the UK, studying for my masters, just finished exams, wanted to go on a vacation for a week, I applied for a b2 visa, but I was rejected, even with sufficient money, amounting to 3000 pounds, and a I have 9month stay in the UK, I was told I didn't have strong ties in the UK, that y I rejected, but my other fends got there's, and I answered the correct question. I was totally honest. How long can I reapply? As I am going back to my country soon, I took a study leave for skool, do I change to a b1 type, or stick to b2 or add another evidence, like my employment letter from back home, or my study leave letter granted by my company. Ideas please? Do I have to wait for 2month or just apply back home.

Immigration frauds starts as below... So, be careful before giving the money anywhere...

For any immigration or higher studies, you have to complete either IELTS exam or PTE exam or TOEFL exam or GRE exam. You have to score minimum marks to get into the immigration process but the immigration agents will first collect your money for 1 lakh and will suggest you to complete the Education credential assement first (ECA) and then will ask you take the EXAM. This procedure is not correct. First you have to qualify in the exams only then you are eligible. Sometimes questions will be tough and if you have not scored the eligible marks then your money will be trapped with them. They will not return it. Also there are many prerequisites. So, understand all from the Google and then proceed to give the money stage by stage. Study the Agreement first at each stage, get the details for the money you are giving and give the money two days later after understanding agreement. Get everything in written statement clearly.

My son is in USA and currently in the process of applying Green card. For my grand daughter the birth certificate has been issued by the corporation of Chennai

The birth certificate says it doesn't need a signature/seal and that the authenticity can be verified at the link (http://www.chennaicorporation.gov.in/online-civic-services/birthCertificate.do?do=show). Will USCIS accept the computer generated birth certificate ?

My IV ( green card ) interview was held at Mumbai on 29th May and after interview Officer said our system is not working and we will let you via SMS within a week. As of 10th June i dont have any reply and today i saw my case shows Administrative Processing....Though i didnt get any 221(g) letter at time of interview and They took my passport at that time...
So , now getting confused what will happen. Any one has experience like this??

My sister checked her appeal status online and she got a response that the ''The Department Of State has sent the case back to USCIS for review.'Her husband made a petition for her in 2013.She was denied visa in 2014'Please who knows the next that will happen to her appeal case now?
