in US with expired H1 visa, Holds approved extended petition. Want to sponsor parents for a trip
hi,

I am currently in US on H1B. I hold an expired visa but an approved extended petition.

I am planning to travel to india in march and get my visa renewed. While I am an in India, i want to get my parents a tourist visa (since its difficult for them to do it on their own).

What would be the best approach :
1. should i get my visa renewed first and then few days later get their done?
2. can we get done both the visa's on the same day?
3. or get theirs first and then few days later mine?

i am going to travel back to US begining april and they will be visit me in May-June,

thanks

I recently graduated and will be start working soon here (have received my work contract).
I have traveled most of the Schengen countries, UAE, Qatar and Thailand.

USA APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULE ERROR
Dear sir / ma,
I cancelled my first interview appointment on 4th of January 2017
and rescheduled another appointment to 12 January 2017
I went to U.S embassy on Thursday 12th January 2017 for interview, on
checking point, they said my DS-160 confirmation code is not the same to my
appointment letter code, and they gave me white paper to reschedule
appointment after 3
working days, but I want to reschedule my appointment after 3 working days I'm unable to do
so, because they didn't cancel 12 January 2017 appointment, I look into my APPOINTMENT
HISTORY at cgifederal.secure.force.com, I saw 12 January 2017 scheduled, not cancelled.
More so, in my profile, I saw formal as DS-160 confirmation code my PASSPORT NUMBER
Please I'm confused, please help me
sir / ma
Thanks

B1/B2 Visa

PLEASE SUGGEST.. ITS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME:

My husband is going to US ( New Jersey ) on company’s work on Feb for 5 weeks. I want to go with him. I have a few QUESTIONS :

1.Can my husband sponsor my trip, because my bank balance and job profile are not to good ?

2. His dates are confirmed but my departure dates are not. In this case is it compulsory for me to book the tickets? Can this have on effect and lead to visa denial?

3 .His visa is being sponsored by the company. In that case, can I fix my appointment in the same interview? (B1 Business and B2 tourism)

4. Which method will be better? Should I apply along with my husband now? Or should I apply after my husband’s visa is issued?

5. My cousin also stays there. Shall I tell the VO about that? Please advise.
