Me and my wife were refused before. CO asked about what I did in the US for so long (I visited it many times, each trip was 1-2 months long). CO also asked about my trip to Iran (nice place by the way). CO asked what we do in Thailand (I have businesses registered in home country and here).
Me and my wife wanted to go to Burning Man this year and the CO was cool about it, he knew what it is, and probably that's why gave us a chance. I guess we're under some background security check.
We were in a rush, so on the 13 of August I sent a letter to the embassy explaining that we should fly in 10 days and kindly asked them to consider reviewing our applications or let us know that the Administrative processing will take longer than our planned departure date.
We received a reply from the embassy the next day saying that our letter will be reviewed by the end of the week. We got a call from the CO on thursday saying that our visas are ready to be issued. We received our passports in 1 week

7/2/2018 - Interview . VO gave white slip requesting I129, I797 , Client letter, 2 year tax returns from employer, I-539, resume etc.
7/6/2018 - Submitted docs , got acknowledgment email immediately.
7/11/2018 - Sent a follow up mail to expedite , got standard reply
Endless wait started ... No verification happened

8/7/2018 - Got mail to submit passport to nearest consulate. Online status still says AP and there is no change in dates.
8/9/2018 - Passport submitted after 2 PM
8/10/2018 - VFS office was close as it was moving to new location in CP so not sure if they dispatched the passport
8/11 - 8/12 - No movement weekend holiday
8/13/2018 - Passport status showed with consulate no change in visa status
8/15/208 - Holiday
8/17/2018 - First time last status date changed, visa status in AP
8/18 - 8/19 - No movement weekend holiday
8/20/2018 - Status changed to Issued around 3:30 PM
8/21/2018 - Email to collect passport around 2 PM , collected passport .

Aug 11&12- Prepared all the documents in week end and carried 450 pages printout(LCA,I797,Customer Invite Letter Email printout, 2 years payslip, Project detail, employer and client contract agreement, project technical detail)
Aug 13- Visa interview in Chennai. VO has asked me few questions about family, salary, customer letter. I have given customer email prinout(not printed with customer logo)
Aug-16- End customer was received confirmation email and they have responded immediately.
Aug-20- Received email from usatraveldocs at 11 am for passport submission(No further documents requested)
2.30 PM- Passport was submitted
Fingers crossed and hoping for stamping.

I had an interview in July for F1 stem opt to H1 COS, Interview was basic and at the end of the interview handed a 221G white slip with administrative processing checked. I should receive an update in two weeks, nothing changed so far.

I am in EVC with the same client from past four years.Last stamping was succesful for same client
Basic questions were asked abt my employer,salary,location i work,vendor.
VO took client letter and went inside for few minutes.
Came back issued white slip with admin processing checked
17-July-2018-Received am email from HYDFPU for documents submission and submitted them
24-July-2018-vendor contacted by embassy with couple of questions
No update on status date
3-Aug-2018-Recieved email from hydadmin to submit passport on 2-aug and passport submitted today
