I'm a Computer science graduate from US, got picked and approved this year. Attended the Visa interview on3rd and got the call from the Consulate on the same day to submit all the documents (LCA, i129. Client and vendor letters), Submitted them on the same day and client verification is done Dec1st and i'm still waiting on them for the updates.
1st update: Dec 13th- Admin processing.
2nd update : Got email from Consulate to submit the passport for further processing, but the status is still showing AP.
3rd update : Status changed to Issued (16th dec)
4th update: Got an email to collect the passport (19th dec)

It was told that my visa was approved but I was handed over white slip.
I saw first update after nov 8 on my visa status on: Dec 7. Status still AP
Second update: Nov 8. Status: issued
Third update: Nov 9. Status: ready for interview and finger printing. After few hours status chaged to AP again
While i was expecting status to change to Ready for pickup, it is still showing AP
Update; Dec 12 issued.

I was eligible for dropbox this time and followed the process for getting the H1B stamped. I submitted the doc+passport on 14November. Got the status updated to Ready to Collect on 18th November. I was traveling and collected the passport on 23rd November. Got 221G Blu slip. It said I have to appear for the interview with all documents from petitioner section.
What I notice was most of the checkboxes are for consultancy related. I work for a product (SaaS) based startup and we sell our product to customers. Not sure what model it follows but it is not a consultancy company. That is what my attorney says too.
Current status: waiting for documents from company and lawyers

I am eligible for dropbox option and submitted the documents in the Drop box office in chennai on Nov 28th and received a Blue slip today on Dec 15th 2016.
They have requested lot of documents from the employer and I am not sure how long this would take after submission of dcouments,

Interviewer asked couple questions: employer, client letter and project location, salary.
She then took documents to next person for discussion and then gave me blue slip 221g with Administrative processing check box ticked.

I had my Visa interview on 23rd Nov.
VO asked some general questions, after that she said "Your visa has been approved, you need to come back again for stamping" and gave back my passport. She kept my loan letter. Gave me a 221g white slip.
No additional docs were requested after/during the interview.
1st status update: 28th Nov: Admin Processing
2nd status update: 1st Dec: Admin Processing
No update since.
I have seen that after 2 status updates every one had their status changed to "ISSUED", but mine is still Admin Processing. Is there any problem with my application or will it get changed to issued soon ?
Anybody with similar experience please comment(by similar I meant no docs requested and status changed twice but not issued)
