I went for my visa interview on august 10 and VO said my visa was approved
& I haven't received my passport On august 29 I received a 221g letter (its white in color )asking for project docs, contract bw employer and client,employer tax returns which I have submitted back on aug 30.
my case status last updated was on sept 7 -ap
Today (sept 16) I got my passport back without any stamp ceac still shows ap
sep 29 received an email to submit the documents again
oct 29 received an email to submit passport
oct 31 visa issued

I have appeared for VISA interview at Mumbai location , VO asked three questions name of the employer , the salary I will be getting and my highest qualification. She asked me if this project is client project I said it is in-house partner project. She checked something on a monitor for quite long time and later she went inside to discuss with someone. When she got back to her seat , she handed over 221 G white slip to me asking for a copy of a petition, LCA, I 129 , a detailed itinerary for my services and project documentation.
On white slip, it is written that document needs to send via email should not be bigger than 5 MB and 10 files. I don't think these all documents will be less than 10 files or 5 MB
Can I send multiple emails ?
Along with email what information I need to send so that they will know documents is for a specific case?
Will it be a good idea to email as well as drop documents on VAC center?
Any idea how much this process will take ?

3rd Business day , got mail to pickup the passport - Oct 18th ( Got blue slip inside ) . Asked to come for In-Person Interview with the docs
- Asked to submit all the docs used to file to USCIS for H1b petition / Client Letter / Contract Copy / Project Details / Payslip & Bank Statements
Oct 25th - Went in-person interview . VO - Asked Client details / Pay and asked to submit all the docs of Blue Slip ... He asked me wait for 20 mins . After that he called and returned my docs and Passport to me . Currently in "Administrative Processing )

09/12/2016: Attended interview and asked for client letter. Since federal client doesn't provide client letter, VO asked for the contract between Client and Vendor.
09/22/2016: Vendor directly emailed the requested contract document to the consulate.
No status update since then...and waiting...Called NVC and they said documents are received by consulate on 10/04/2016 as per their record and it is under review...Not sure why they have taken time to attach the documents to the case.
