I attended the interview on 18-Nov, after the IV. VO asked me to wait for 3 hours and she called me and handed over the blue slip and returned all my documents. Asked me to scan the employer tax documents and blue slip send it in email. I have sent it 02-Dec.
I hope and pray to expect the positive answers if not now but some months later.

221g for US h1 in delhi. Interview on 4th nov. second h1b with the same company. Company is US based mid sized. VO asked basic questions like company name and work, job description, designation, salary, education. He said he needed more documents and directed me to another window.
The lady in there gave me a white slip with everything on it checked said they needed these documents to process my visa. She told me it would take 2-3 weeks to process my visa.
I submitted docs on 8th Nov 2016. No email or updates on CEAC website either.
Status got updated to issued today.
1st status update: Dec 1st 2016 : AP
2nd status update: Dec 2nd 2016: AP
3rd update: Dec 5th 2016: Issued:)
Observations for Delhi:
1. If everything is OK with your application, you should get your visa within 4 weeks of document submission.
2. Status changes to issued a few days after 1st status update on CEAC.

Had my visa interview on 17th October 2016, was given white slip and asked to submit additional documents
Update: After four weeks it still shows administrative processing.
After 6 weeks, I called up the consulate and asked them about the status. They asked me to submit the passport scan and the white slip I received on the day I interview. They responded two days later saying that those who had received an automated response after document submission are supposed to wait for 60 days and those who did not receive the automated response should submit the documents to [email protected]. Since I had not received a response I submitted the documents again
Two days later, I received a response asking for passport submission. My status at the CEAC website shows administrative processing till date, which is kind of weird as it should have been updated to "approved".
Anyways, I finally submitted the passport ,hope to get visa stamping soon

I have funded phd from TAMU for spring 17. I had interview on 2nd december 2016. Visa officer just asked when I graduated and called for the form. Then she asked some questions, kept typing and handed me the form and the passport. I have submitted the form but did not get any confirmation mail for submission of docs. Some of you has said that you got an automated reply for docs submission. What I need to do next?
