221(G) Tracker

Hi, I went for my H1b Stamping interview. This is my first extension after 6 years. Jan 21: Dropbox at Delhi Jan 29: Received the Passport with white slip to appear for interview. Jan 30: Went for interview and handed a 221g blue slip asking for Client Letter, Petition Documents, Past Experience. Jan 31: Submitted all the documents and received the automated reply. Mar 3: Status adjustment to Refused (based on the new language )/ After that no change in status.

This is my fresh H1b application. VO asked questions related to client and end client. I gave the client letter and VO scanned the same. I am in EC model. VO gave back all our passports (myself and my dependents) and issued blue slip with only AP option. None of the documents were requested and my client received verification email on 28th May which was answered the very next day. Till now CEAC site shows no update. Anyone in the same boat? Thanks! Update 1: 07/08/2019 : Got a white slip today requesting end client letter, Project description, company roster of employees who are in a similar role. I am in EC model. I work for my client (XXX) and my end client is YYY who is our end user and hence they will not provide client letter. In this case can my client (XXX) justify the same and provide the requested client letter? Please let me know your experiences. Thanks! Update 2: Submitted the end client letter on Feb 20, 2020 as requested by the Embassy. Finally got email to submit pps.

Went dropbox on 24th Feb passport returned with blue slip on 2nd Mar and requested to appear interview with some docs appeared interview on 9th Mar. VO asked basic questions and collected my passport and handover-ed new blue marked AP again the passport returned with blue slip and submitted docs. this time AP was marked in the blue slip Now waiting for response

03-Feb-2020, I appeared for the H1B visa interview. The Visa officer asked me some general questions and i answered them well. The Visa officer returned my passport saying that the US consulate needs to confirm that I really work for a client. My status on the internet was updated as AP [Aministrative processing] 03-March-2020, my status changed from AP to refused

Attended interview in Hyderabad, India on Jan 9, 2020. Documents submitted as requested by USCIS on Jan 15,2020. Again USCIS contacted employer on feb 20,2020 for future employment details as mine is in-house project and project details. Case status in CEAC is administrative processing last update date - Jan 9. On 03-03-2020 case status changed to “Refused” , no email received and last update date - Jan 9.

Hi all, It seems like due to this coronavirus all applicants would have to take a medical test and need medical certificate at each port of entry. Trump has suspended all flights coming from Europe and Asia will be next until issue has been resolved.

VO asked me about the incident at POE in 2015. I was not able to recall anything during the interview. VO then gave me white slip (no documents requested) and returned my passport. March 01: Sent a follow up email requesting status update March 04 : got an email requesting details about the POE incident. Sent an email explaining the incident(I was stopped by customs official for bringing pickles. No penalty he just let me go) March 06 : got an email requesting passport March 10 : submitted passport March 11: status changed from 'refused' to AP for brief time then back to 'refused' March 12 : status changed to AP March 13 : issued
