I have been working in US from long time. I came to india for family emergency on 1st Jan.Since my passport had expired stamp I had to go for visa stamping interview. I appeared for interview on 24th Jan. After 15 questions the officer asked me my I129 and pulled out white 221g paper. Then he saw the I129 and marked few more check box on 221G. He asked about subcontract and marked few more check box on 221G.He marked 6 check box total. Total 6 documents needed (contracts between different parties involved, client letters,SOW/PO, employers list of all employees and their salary,location etc) I was carrying few of those letters. Without asking me first about client letters and contracts he gave me the slip. My employer responded in a week. I work in EVVM model.End Client wont give letter but will verify if emailed by Consulate. I went for H4 Visa interview on 01/28/2020 along with spouse on H1B. H1B was approved but they gave DS 5535 for H4. Submitted the documents next day. Got email to submit passport on Feb 5th 2020. Took 4 business days for them to get my clearance. Submitted passport on Feb 6th. Received passport on Feb 13th. Approved. Never travelled outside USA. There is a hope, just hang in there. interview - Dec 10, got blue slip asking for only resume. Submitted the resume by email the same day. REMINDER email on Jan 9 asking for a detailed TAL submission - resume, work descriptions, research description, publications, invitation letter etc Emailed docs next day and received automatic reply. Issued Feb 20.

Received 221(g) and request for CV Sent it with same day but no response yet

TimeLine 1. Attended interview on 29th November 2019. Got 221(g) yellow slip asking to mail documents. 2. Submitted documents on 11th Dec 2019. 3. On 21st Jan 2020, 1st layer got an email about verification. Responded on 6th Feb 2020. 4. On 6th Feb 2020, 2nd layer got an email for verification. Responded on 14th Feb 2020. Still no updates yet.

H1 Stamping- Change of status (F1 to H1) Interview Date: 01/14/2020 , Mumbai VO asked basic questions like salary, petitioner name, client name & location, my US address, Job duties. I had every document in order but only asked for passport & 797A letter. And then gave me the Yellow slip asking that your employer have to email client letter, MSA, employment letter from my employer. Status is Still Admin Processing.
