My visa status has been 'Administrative Processing' since July 22nd, 2015 which is the day I had attended my interview in Hyderabad.
I have not been asked for any additional documents. I have submitted my employer details, client letter etc.
My passport was not asked by the VO.
I have been checking the status almost like everyday :P .
It's been 2 months now but no update. Be it Rejected or Issued, can I expect an update in this month at least? :(
If you share the same situation, please keep me posted.

I attended interview on 10th august 2015 in Delhi. Interview went well, I answered all the questions. VO retained my Passport, I797 and total set of petition documents
1st status updated on 14th august 2015 - date change
2nd status updated on 18th august 2015- date change.
3rd status updated on 20th august 2015 - got email to submit documents following documents
1.resume,2.tax documents,3 educational and 4 client letter.
Submitted all documents on 28th August 2015 (got delayed for client letter)
4th status updated on 31st August 2015 - Got email that they forwarded documents to concern department
5th status updated on 3rd Sept 2015 - date change.
No updated after 3rd Sept 2015 and today is 22nd Sept 2015. Its really frustrating.

My H1 B stamping interview was on 19 Aug 15. During interview I was told that my visa is approved but consulate have to do additional work at their end to complete the application. After that I was given 221g slip and was asked for additional documents and my case was under administrative processing. I submitted all documents by 20 Aug 15. Its been a month now and I am getting worried that how long it would take to get approved. Can someone tell me that how long these types of cases take to get approved.

Hi Guys,
I attended my interview for L1 on 24th Sept. Routine questions were asked. At the end VO took all m documents ( Passport, i797 petition etc) along with my resume and handed over blue slip with AP marked.
Its been 3 weeks and no change in the status on CEAC website!
Should I be hopeful of a positive outcome?

I am an applicant who is 13 years old. My best friend stays in USA and she used to study with me in the same school. She is sponsoring for my documents and Visa.
We submitted our B2 application on Aug 20 and me and my mother were called for the interview the next day om Aug 21 and were asked several questions.
We answered all questions and were issued a 221 g white slip in hyderabad and my passport was retained. They asked us to wait as our case requires administrative processing and we have been waiting since then. I wanted to visit in December as it is winter break for my friend in USA. I asked for a 3 weeks Visit Visa as my School has given permission to visit for 3 weeks. All our documents are correct. Now I have my break from Oct 09 and would like to visit during this time. We were told that we might have an email or an other interview but we have not heard anything from the embassy yet. Any input would be helpful.

I have attended for H4 dependent Visa interview on 6-Aug-2015 at Chennai Consulate. My interview was passed for 5 minutes with basic questions like Love marriage or Arrange marriage.
From when do you know your spouse and marriage dates.
Interviewer taken my passport and given me the US rules book saying that these are the rules of US which needs to be followed.
I didn't get any information like approved or rejected.
Next day when I checked the status it is showing as "Administrative Processing".
45 days passed away, till now I didn't get any information or any documents requested for processing. Can anyone please help me how can I proceed further.

VO aske if i was arrested , i said NO
she seemed puzzled , left counter and came back with her supervisor, they discussed for 5 mins
she asked few simple questions about my employment
and handed me a white slip and took my passports (self and 2 dependents )
did not check any box , just admin process required .
did not ask for documents till this date.
i was asked to attend for re interview again on 8th sep and asked regular questions on employer.
and my visa was approved .
my case was updated on 9th saying administrative process
on 10 it was updated as issued
on 11 it got a mail to pick passports
it took exactly 1 month for me in this case form 1st visa interview (11 Aug) to pick passport mail (11 Sep)
i have asked senator from my state (IL) to request for resolution to my case and they promptly sent a request to DOS.
i cant say it helped or not but after they sent request it took 2 weeks .
