4th June applied for H1/and H4 stamping Toronto ,Canada, V.O keep I-797 original and passports (me and spouse) and mention it will be 3 to 4 weeks to process, I am with 1-140 approved (previous empoyer) and 8th year H1 B ( 1.5 year with new employer) V.O said I am requesting for visa approval then handed me 221G yellow slip ask me to submit resume (forH4) via email and batch number and date was on yellow slip.
We notice online status date changed from june 8th to july 7th ( H4)
status date changed June 8th to July 8th (H1 and H4).
today status date changed to 9th july (H1 mine only) still Admin processing,
what is this means? last two days two times status date changed
Went to consulate in person to check status. 225 Simcoe st, consulate window 3 to 4 p.m outside consulate, no appointment required, they handed over passport, I 797 with approved visa,
Drove to Detroit ,cross US boarder 1 a.m.

Interview was on may 08 2015 - VO indian lady asked client name, salary and location, gave 221g blue form and returned passport and said need administrative processing and asked to check mail.

26th june got mail to submit passport- submitted on 30th june
second status update on 10th july.

221g was provided with the passport when the passport was picked up from the US embassy....
221g was for fingerprints.
fingerprints were provided the next business day and the passport was taken back by the embassy.
On 10th July morning... the status changed to issued and I picked up the passport by evening.
There is an error on the stamp but thats a different issue.

Vo gave me green slip during my vi and told me to submit the docs as listed in that slip. Submitted the docs on 4th june.
on 6 july i got an email asking to submit my passport for final processing.
on 7th july I submitted the passport .
on 9th july my ceac status showed issued
on 10th july i got an email to collect my passport. Same day i collected. Got visa for 4 years.
