How long do I have to wait to get a result? Any thoughts?

My friend interviewed 06/2021 and he is still waiting. It has been 8 months for him. 8 month no result. Is it normal? No result and status still "Interview was scheduled"

Hi I received the notice that my vawa got approved a couple of months ago, And they have scheduled an interview on March,4 I really would appreciate if somebody would tell me what questions do they ask on the interview Im so nervous

I have submitted my application for Adjustment if status since April 2020- my EAD has since expired on 09/29/2021 but a renewal request was also sent since 07/2021. As of now I have not received the renewal neither have i received an interview appointment. Any ideas what might be the issue? I have also received a letter giving me an extension of 180 days for the EAD!

I believe i was wrongfully denied after my interview. the denial letter gave two reasons why i was denied and i believe the two reasons are moot.

one reaason was tht i didnt explain correctly how i entered the US, but i came here when i was about 10 yrs old. so i dont think i shouldve been asked that.

the second reason was tht i could prove i was in the US in December 2000. but i have medical and scool records from 1997, 98,99, 4/4/2000, 6/15/200, 01,02,03,04,05,06,07,08,09,10,12,12 and 2015

My interview was scheduled yesterday, PD October 4th 2019. Interview date is March 22.

Can someone please share what questions they were asked while being interviewed for K-1 visa at a consular post? Please share if you don't mind. Thank you so much for your time and help!!! When I filed for adjustment of status, USCIS said I committed fraud when i applied for visa in Haiti back in 2010. whoever helped me with the application denied that i have relatives in the Usa.which kind of true because my father never took care of me.my mom played both roles . and they said that i also lied about i was divorce.
when i applied for visa i thought i was married.my husband divorced me without letting me know.they said that i lied that i was divorced.i did not get the visa .why would i lied about it ?. Haiti is not usa.
i swear those issues were not intentional .They required me to file a Form I – 601 (Waiver of Inadmissibility), which they denied, stating that my spouse would not suffer enough “extreme hardship”. My lawyer appealed my case to the Administrative Appeals Office in Washington DC (AAO), which dismissed my appeal.
last night i parked my car in a train track i wanted to finish up everything bu my kids don't have nobody. i don't want to suffer the way i did. I'm a home owner. i worked double just to provide assistance to my kids.uscis mentioned in the letter if i go back to Haiti my father and my brother will take care of my kids.
my father and i are not friends.
and my brother is illegal and cannot work.
y'all I'm losing it

I had my case re-opened on June 21, 2021, and I haven't heard anything in that regard since. I had to send an RFE, and the case was reopened. My EAD is expiring on March 25, 2022.I have applied for a new card, and I checked, and it's been approved. I'm yet to receive the card though. But I want to know if there's any chance of me having my green card without an interview. I filed with all 3 kids and none of their status has changed either. The last letter my kids had was that everything was ok, and they should wait for interview, or they may be asked to mail an updated medical report since the one we attached to the case had expired.
I am so desperate to know what the future holds and why the case is taking so long. Should I call the USCIS to enquire about I-485?
