Rfe travel dates
Hello everybody,
I have received an RFE for new travel dates ....the timeline is as follows:
-On December 5,2016 uscis nebraska service center received my application for ap
-on March 20,2017 my status changed to rfe sent
-on March 25,2017 i received my RFE document for intended new travel dates
However, i have been approved for DACA but have not received my employment card yet. I am debating which travel dates to choose since i need to wait for my employment card to get here.
My application for form i-765(daca) was approved march 18,2017 does anyone know how long will i have to wait and what do you guys suggest?Should i choose my travel dates now? I wanted to travel during the first week of May (1-6).
Does advance parole give you a whole year to travel even if you have chosen slected travel dates ?
Please guys I need your advice. Thank you so much!

urgent advice needed as regards traveling with Advance Parole
Hi guys,

I need help, i travelled using my Advance Parole in Dec 2016, i was suppose to return after 30 days but i had some complications with my health. Am still presently out of the country. Am already 100days out. My question now is do i still have a chance of coming back into the country?. Is there maximum number of days i can stay out with the AP. I did my interview for my GC in July 2016 and there is still no final decision made to my case.

Please guys i need advice, any experience of anybody who has stayed out this long?. Also if i get denied at the Point of Entry, what is the deportation procedures like?. do they send back immediately out of the country?. I hope i get some responses??

travel with advance parole
I received my advance parole in mid-February but with the political situation decided i was not going to use it, until i run into this blog and read the experiences of others. Reading about the positive experiences of others gave me the courage to try and travel myself, and i did not regret it. I travel from march 13-19 by bus from Dallas and came back the same way. In the way back there was no problem, i got there and gave my passport, EAD and advance parole to CBP officer and he took me to a second inspection, there was one person ahead of me so i waited like 10 minutes, when it was my turn all he asked was if the address was correct and took my fingerprints and picture, he returned one of my AP papers stamped and kept the other. I just want to thank everyone in this forum who shared their story because thanks to you i took advantage of this opportunity. Thanks.

Traveling on AP with prior overstayed visa
I wanted to see if there is anybody here who traveled on AP with overstayed visa or maybe know personally somebody who did??
There is so many different opinions whether to travel or not. I know personally couple of people who overstayed their visas and had no problem coming back.
Please share your experiences!!!
I'm planning on going back home for a month after I get AP.

**Advance Parole**
Hey guys so I finally received a change in my status update... USCIS received my application back in 12/13/16, I had not received any other info until recently I checked my status and saw that they have mailed request for additional evidence on 3/22/17... this makes me really nervous, does anyone know or has anyone else has been requested for additional evidence ?? Please let me know, thanks!!! :)
