I just wanted to share my experience . “My case says case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction” 3 days ago I received a letter stating I need to submit a letter explaining my arrest . I was never arrested and processed through the system . I received a summons for “disorderly conduct “ . It gave me a deadline to submit , it said if I didn’t submit my case would be denied. So incase u been arrested or received a summons look out for this letter .

May 2020 filer- VSC, received Biometric notice
Hi, has anyone here received a biometric notice (i.e. to appear at an ASC location) to submit biometrics? I thought because of covid, they were reusing the old biometrics but i got a notice to submit my biometrics.

8 months approval- VERMONT TRANFERED TO NBC
Hi everyone. i-751 status changed today to CARD WAS PICKED UP BY USPS.
Case was approved 2 weeks after got transferred from Vermont to NBC. Total months waiting 8 months for approval with NO INTERVIEW
Case sent March 12, 2020
Finger prints: May, 2020
Case transferred to a new office (NBC): 11/05/2020
Case approved: 11/16/2020
Card was mailed: 11/19/2020
Same sex couple filing jointly.

Transfer Petition
Good Evening, I received a status update on the USCIS app. “Case Transferred to another Office”. My service center is Vermont. My PD is April 2020. Due to Covid, I did not have to retake my biometrics and received an update on May 2020 that fingerprints were applied to my case, along with a letter stating that they will be reusing my old biometrics. Today, I received the new update regarding my case being transferred to another office, the update states that I will be receiving a notice in the mail which will explain why my case is being transferred along with which office will now have jurisdiction. Has anyone had this happen to them? , if so can please share your experience? Thank you !

9 months- I751 approved
I first want to thank Jesus my Lord and Savior for being by my side all the way through this greencard journey and give me this victory. I also want take a time to thank this group for all the support I got through my struggles and anxiety times. I pray for you all and also for the dreamers. After 9 months I got a message today saying my card was sent for production. Vermont office - thanks - you guys are also great. I had sent a huge package with a bunch of documents.

I 751 correspondence received
Hi all, I have a unique status update from Sep 2nd, 77 days now, we received your correspondence for I751 and reviewing it. I am wondering what correspondence it is as I never sent one!
I 751 (Joint) applied in Feb2020 to Texas lockbox
File transferred to Potomac March 3rd 2020
Finger prints applied in May 2020
Status change- Correspondence received and we are reviewing. Very strange. I checked around the statuses of at least 30 others 15 before and 15 after my receipt number. None having this status.
Me and my wife got separated on July 2020. I filed a DVP on her. Final hearing on divorce is on December 2nd 2020. She said she would do anything to get my green card canceled. Did she do any correspondence with them on September 2nd? Please advise! Thanks!!

On November, 2020, we approved your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EAC.... Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
So, Will get a new extension letter OR permanent residency card OR and interview notice?
And how long it takes to arrive?
Does anyone gone through like this! Please share your experience.

Biometrics Appointment
Hello, all. Can anyone has any idea what is the story with cases where biometrics appointment was canceled due to Covid19 lockdown?My original date was March 26. It’s been 90 days for me on Oct20 since ASC reopened On July 20 and I never had it rescheduled. I was able to get in touch with USCIS that day but after two weeks response to my inquiry came as” we don’t know when” . I’m trying to reach any agent , but nowadays machine gives me some run arounds.
Has anyone been/is in this situation? Is there anything I can do to get the fingerprint appointment scheduled. Please let me know if and how you were able to overcome it. Thanks and thank you for this community

Potomac sad situation
I checked 5000 cases over the weekend, look at changes in the last 2 weeks. From the one they have updates there were 3 cases approved, 5 cases sent for interview, 6 case sent for extra evidence and 100+ no change. So the delay in Potomac is not related to Covid or too many applications, it is a trend that changed procedure to make applications take much longer times to process. This is very disappointing :(
