2019 filers...
Hey guys,

I was wondering how much is roughly the population on this forum that submit their I751s in 2019 and still waiting. I see that a lot of people filing in 2020 are getting their cases answered.

Seems like a First in first out system, while the back log of early filers is accumulating.

RFE i751 and interview
Hi guys! Just wanted to share my experience, and see if anyone had the same situation.

Feb 2020 applied to remove conditions i751
May 2020 case was updated to show fingerprints were taken
June 2020 request for initial evidence was sent
September 2020 response to request was received
November 2020 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

I am worried because I never heard that someone had rfe letter and then interview. Any ideas why it could happen? We filed jointly

I-751 prerequisites
Hi,
I am about to apply I-751 application very soon. Can anyone guide me how many years joint tax returns I need to send along with my application and do I have to send the full documents given by my CPA or just submit the 1040EZ front page.

Any information would be appreciated!

Fingerprint
Hi guys, I’m wondering how is the timeline like during covid-19 to have the fingerprint scheduled, could you guys share your experience? How long is it taking? Thanks

How long does it take for USCIS to charge fee for I-751
I had sent my I-751 (removal of condition) fee using g-1450 form, for them to charge my credit card. It's been 10 days since USCIS got my documents.

Can anyone tell me how long is it currently taking for USCIS to cash your check or charge the credit card for fee after receiving the docs?

Interview waivers information
For example, the speakers confirmed that I-751 receipt numbers with the prefix MSC are routed for interview scheduling; receipt numbers that do not contain the MSC prefix (e.g., EAC, VSC, LIN, etc.) are routed to the appropriate service center for an interview waiver determination. The speakers also clarified that, if the jointly filed I-751 petition is pending at the time of the N-400 interview, an applicant should bring his or her petitioning spouse to the naturalization interview.
