Is anyone here to share experience whose I-751 got approved prior to 2 year conditional green card expired?? Probably this can be the case for Waiver I-751 application.

Case transferred to NBC to schedule interview
Hello,
My case got transferred to NBC to schedule an interview. I’m in LA County, California. Do you guys know how long it takes for NBC to schedule an interview.
My timeline:
Service center: CSC
6/17/19 - Case Was Received (divorce waiver)
1/13/20 - Biometrics done
10/21/20 - RFE issued
11/6/20 - RFE response received
1/14/2021 - Case transferred to NBC to schedule an interview

Hey Everyone,
today January 19th, 2021 I received my receipt number in an Email from my local congressman’s office and it starts with EAC, I was able to track it through my account right now and my application is now headed to Vermont for processing!!! I believe it’s just a matter of waiting guys ! so I sent my application on December 7th, 2020 and it took exactly 44 days (over six weeks). Also my green card is expiring in exactly 3 days. They said I should receive my I-797 within the next two weeks hopefully! Surprisingly they didn’t cash out the money yet though !!
Note: I believe that actually contacting my local congressman’s office was very helpful because the case worker from the congressman office was the one who contacted USCIS on my behalf and actually got me that update and the response from the USCIS Liaison. also calling to check on it every now and then is worth it as it keeps you updated. I also missed my call for info pass appointment today so I called and got it rescheduled and I will ask them if I can get an extension stamp on my passport till I receive my letter in the mail. Good luck to everyone and if you need any help or got any questions, let me know I’ll be more than happy to answer it. I’ll post my complete timeline below !

- 12/07/2020 application was received by Phoenix Arizona USCIS Lockbox. (took forever to get there because USPS Almost lost it )
- 12/21/2020 I received the Certified mail return with USCIS Phoenix Lockbox signature.
- 01/19/2021 application is received and being processed “On December 7, 2020, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EAC **** **** , and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by January 6, 2021, contact the USCIS Contact Center”. So far Didn't receive form I-797. (44 Days wait since they received it)
I've Contacted USCIS over the Phone and They filed an E-Request for me and gave me a Ticket Reference number.
I also Emailed USCIS Lockbox support and haven't received any response from them.
money order still not cashed out.
Also contacted my congressman office and had them inquire in it on my behalf.
Waiting!!!

I 751 delays. I-797 Notice of Action !!!!!! November and December Filers !
For any of the November and December filers, Did anyone receive their I-797 yet or had the fees taken out yet ? My application to ROC was Received on December 7th, 2020. Today I pass the 6 weeks wait time without any response and my card expires in 3 days !

Can I apply for citizenship 90 days before 3-year date as a permanent resident based on extension letter received from USCIS? Or I should wait for my physical card to come in mail or to get case approved?

I-751 No receipt? (Remove conditions Green Card)
Hello – On 12/22/2020 USPS marked as delivered my package with form i-751 on their Phoenix lockbox . Today is 01/18/21 and I still have not received acknowledgement of receipt. Neither the e-receipt (I filed form G-1145) nor the physical 797 in the mail.
My Green Card expired yesterday. So that is concerning me.
Are these long delays common? It has been a month already!!
As of right now I have no proof of my conditional residence because my GC is expired. My Drivers license is expired too and I cannot renew it without the 797 receipt notice and GC extension.
Anyone that is or has been on the same boat? I would appreciate your insights/advice.
Also, in June 2021 I will be starting a new job and they are going to ask me for proof of all these things.
Please help!

I have quick question how do I know what field or office my file will be treated. By the way my tracking number start with LIN######## and filed my self last June 2020 to Phoenix-AZ. And immigration case numbers shows that cases started with LIN###### they will be treated by Nebraska NBC office.
In this my case Minneapolis office told me that I have to Send to Phoenix-Az. My concern is my case it will be treated in Phoenix or Nebraska.
