There were countless times I had to just come onto this forum to compare timelines in order to calm my nerve and move on with my life. So here is my experience with i-751 and hope it will help someone else in the same situation. Feel free to post questions.

o IRA Official Tax Return Transcripts - PLEASE DOWNLOAD directly from IRA. I downloaded everything that's available from IRA
o Current Family Residency Lease Agreement
o Landlord’s Proof of current residency letter since we are on a month-to-month lease

Additional notes:
1. After submitting the application, the online status DID NOT update until we received the RFE in mail. Skipped update for biometrics
2. We messed up our first evidence submission - not enough evidence / confusing evidences
     a. Tax return were downloaded from Turbo Tax instead of IRA; Not enough evidence showing comingled family finance; Family bill showed our old apt address as the billing address because we had auto payment and never bothered to update the billing address - that raised a flag / question about our family residency. Please be aware of it.
3. We did not use any agent / service / lawyer in the process as we believe that our case is straightforward enough and our marriage is authentic and in good faith. We wanted to hire a lawyer after receiving the RFE but hold our ground because we didn't think any lawyers would be able to prove our good faith marriage than ourselves.
4. Our RFE evidences were too bulky for the small envelop that was provided so we use the USPS legal document folder/envelop. For submitting RFE, PLEASE remember to submit the original envelop that came inside with the RFE, and the RFE letter.

i-751 with RFE and Interview
HI everyone! happy holidays!
just wanted to share my experience with timeline, I posted it before. Here are some updates.

Feb 2020 Applied
May 2020 Used old fingerprints
June 2020 RFE
Sept 2020 RFE response received
19 Nov 2020 Ready to be scheduled for an interview
6 Jan 2021 Interview is scheduled

Right now I am just waiting for letter with the interview date. It updated yesterday. I definitely did not expect it so fast. Filed jointly, Texas service center. I called them and they said my case was transferred to Lee Summit center in October, but still Texas has jurisdiction. The lady said, once the interview is scheduled they will send my case back to Texas because it'll still have jurisdiction, which makes no sense to me and my lawyer. Our local office is Nashville

Case Transferred Recently anyone? (Potomac or other service centers)
Hey all - I am a March 2020 filer from the Potomac Service center. Given they are still processing July/August '19 cases, wonder why my case was transferred recently. Anyone know if they are offloading some work to other centers?

"On January 7, 2021, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number YSC20901 YYYY X, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice."

DIVORCE/WAIVER
This forum has been really helpful since the beginning
so I have just to let you guys know do not be stress and mad about the immigration process ,because of the simple reason they have tons of cases that they have to work on and as you know because of the covid they don't have enough officers .
I'm not gonna lie it was stressful at the beginning but after i realize its all about time and patient and i cannot do any thing about it so i decided to let it go because in the end if you are right and have nothing to hide why would you be worried ?

JUST BE PATIENT !!!!

Form I-751 was delivered to USCIS PHOENIX ARIZONA LOCKBOX. No I-797.
MY USCIS Case Timeline for form I 751 Filling Jointly:

- 11/22/2020 Immigration Application was Mailed out Via USPS.
- 12/07/2020 application was received by Phoenix Arizona USCIS Lockbox. (took forever to get there because USPS Almost lost it )
- 12/21/2020 I received the Certified mail receipt with USCIS Phoenix Lockbox signature.
- Today 01/05/2020 still Did not receive the form I-797. (28 Days waiting since they received my application)
I'm super Nervous, and Honestly this is seriously stressing me out because my Green Card Expires on 01/22/2020.
I've Contacted USCIS over the Phone and They filed an E-Request for me and gave me a Ticket Reference number.
I also Emailed USCIS Lockbox support and I haven't received any response from them.
money order still not cashed out.
please guys share your experience and timeline, I want to Know if I'm the only one facing this situation or not. Also the Agent I spoke with over the phone said that I'll be placed under Removal Procedure after 01/22/2020 because that's the day my GC expires, even though they got my application, and I just haven't received my Extension yet. :( :( :(
