I think USCIS should add one more criteria (AND THE MOST IMP ONE) to the Expedite category & that is:
LOSS TO INDIVIDUAL'S MENTAL HEALTH!!
They don't even realize how it affects our mental health which, in turn, affects our whole family. Their process is complete BS. So so fed up :(

Also, more from my great conversation with Tier 2: people who file expedites for financial struggles are believed to submit conflicting information. He said “these people submit paperwork saying they don’t have enough money and need to work but they also said in their application that they had a sponsor who is confortable enough to cover all expenses and it makes no sense to us”.
I am in complete disbelief at what I heard. He kept saying to me: “you seem very confused and being in this situation does not make you an officer and you understand nothing of this whole process”. He assumed I was demanding an approval when all I was asking was information which is NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. He kept insisting on the fact that they do not owe us anything, that it is a PRIVILEGE for us to get a response at all, and that there is no maximum amount of time this could take. “It could be a day or 3 years” is what he said.
Guys this can’t possibly make sense. I shouldn’t have to be dying to be granted the right to visit my home country and wait from there without abandoning my application altogether. How is NO ONE talking about this. I am sorry for the rant but how is this legal? How is there nothing protecting us? I am so fed up.

RFE people - READ THIS
Guys, I just spent over an hour on the phone with a Tier 2 officer who, by the way, was horrible to me. I want to clarify something once and for all: getting an RFE DOES RESET THE CLOCK to the time they receive your response to the RFE.
The tier 1 people do not know this and will tell you it doesn't. The congressmen will tell you it doesn't. IT DOES. This man, who was VERY EAGER to tell me he had a lot of experience, told me that with an RFE you look at processing times as if your receipt date was the date they received your response to the RFE.
I guess I'm just gonna go **** myself for another 2000 years then. Tell me now it's not done on purpose... and they ask you for stuff they already have. My God this man was unpleasant.

how long?
I established my priority date feb 2018 while my spouse was a LPR.
I upgraded my i130 petition submitting spouse naturalization cert n i130 receipt notice.
My biometrics is tomorrow.
Now my question is how long do i have to wait to have my EAD or interview scheduled. (I dont even know which will come first). My thought has been that filing i130 many months ago already held a spot for me and thereby the process will be speedily executed when i turn in my i485.
Field office is at Houston.
Please i need helpful insight.

Ead card was mailed
Hello my ead card was mailed in December 23 but I have not received it yet. Also USPS have not even picked it up. What is going on . The wait still seems long. By the way Goodluck to all of you still waiting for either their ead card or green card. May we all get approved

Hello there. 227 days waiting and counting. I have a feeling I’m gonna be the story where it just never will get looked at. It’s going to sit there forever and in 2096 someone will stumble upon my very dusty case, get rid of the spider webs and I’ll be a posthumous green card holder.

I applied for my I-130 Thu my daughter on 07-21-2019 receipt received 7-28-2019 and
I-765 (EAD) and the I-485 on 10-11-19, received receipts for I-785 and I-485 on 10-18-19, BIO completed 11-18-2019
California resident (orange County) EAD and I-485 at the NBC and the I-130 wherever they go.

EAD renewal.
I have applied for EAD renewal on Sep 15. My EAD expired on Oct 30th. I am currently working due to 180 days automatic extension, which will expire on April 30th. My wife is pregnant and her EAD already is expired. I am the one supporting her and paying for everything. Should I wait one more month to see if EAD renewed; Still status is same "received case, being reviewed currently".
Or I should request expeditation. what documents I would need, how should i apply? via phone call or written application. I see many people saying; they did not get any response even after applying.
