Merry Christmas to everyone!
I am currently employed full-time at company XYZ based on my CPT which is a work authorization you get while you're an international student. However, my CPT didn't get approved for next semester which starts from Jan 5th. I am so much depressed that I will loose my well paid full-time job of 4 years due to that. So, I would have to expedite my EAD for that. I am already waiting for my Combo Card since last 122 days!!
Can anyone please suggest what kind of documentation I need to submit in this scenario? Since I am already working there last 4 years, I am not sure Job Offer letter would work.
Please help. I hope everyone get their EAD approved very soon!

Expedite request
So I submitted my expedite request Nov 20, and sent in the evidence nov 26 and haven’t heard anything since. I called a tier 2 officer and he put in a service request on my behalf for out of processing time for the expedite request, and I just went on my case tracker today it basically said my expedite request was sent in 3 days ago, so was this a second expedite request done by tier 2 or? Has this happened to anyone before ?

Card is being produced: Dec 17, 2019.
Card received in mail: Dec 23, 2019.
To my surprise, I got it for two years.

Case update
After 9 months of waiting, the case has been updated on December 19, 2019 stated " case is approved" for the EAD . And interview is ready for schedule I 485.

After that we gave up and I stopped checking the or any app.
Just enjoying my day and don't bother yourself. It's out of our hands.

My interview was scheduled
Hello everybody I been a silent reader..I wanna thanks everybody for sharing your experience, its been a lot of help..now its my turn..hoping to help others...I just got my interview scheduled and its only have been a little bit over 3 months since we send our application, thanks God,, I haven't got my work permit yet, it looks like I will got my GC first, wich it great....Im from Atlanta married to a us citizen, the NBC have handle my applications...here is my timeline

Went for my fingerprint appoiment on 10/23/2019
Status change to "case ready for schedule an interview" on 11/21/2019
Status change to "interview was scheduled" on 12/23/2019
I don't have the date yet because Im still waiting for the letter to come, but In gonna guess its gonna be by the en of january...the app lawfully was very accurated for me, because it said that my case was most likely to be procces between 12/21 to 3/21 and it was 12/23, so it das very close, the work permit nothing yet thougth...I will update you guys on my case, be patiented

SSN within 7 business days after Ead?
Hi, it's been 6 business days after I received my EAD, still waiting for my SSN. So how many of you got SSN when you required it with i765? Or is there a big chance that USCIS forget to issue one & we have to go to SSA to get one?

EAD based on pending i-485
Is there anyone nebraska service center applicants with PD June 24th or earlier and still waiting for EAD? I have filed case outside processing times request because receipt for case inquiry states June 30th. I have not heard anything its already 182 days since they received my case. My current EAD expires Jan 06 2020. I am already freaked out.

As if the holidays weren’t already hard enough and disappointing, just heard from a friend her entire case got approved and she has an interview in January. PD is early September, no expedite no nothing......I am at loss for words. This is pure bullsh*t.

Wow I was waiting for my inquiry date which is June 3rd as of today, but they delay to May 17th.
