The date went back again (NBC c9)
So this morning the date for case inquiry was 2nd of June.
A minute ago it became 17th of May.
The same thing happened with the range. it used to be 5-7, now its 5.5 - 7.5.
They just added half a month to it.
What a Christmas gift.
I know that there are May 13th filers here on the forum. I would suggest to go through the motions and open a case. Yes i know it won't do much, but it is a requirement for the Ombudsman and later for a federal judge, in case you decide to go that route.

Why H4 EAD processed faster than L2
I have been observing processing time in **** * and H4 EAD in Vermont are getting processed in 64 days however L2 EADs are taking atleast 160+ days. Any idea why is this happening?

Any June July filers waiting for L2 ead? Also my expedite got denied and the mail says it is assigned to office you should receive response in 30 days, is this standard response? Anyone had similar experience?

Received on July 11 th.
Bio : July 26th.
It's been 168 days and not update after finger print.

EAD received with wrong expiry date
Can anyone share their experience of receiving an EAD card with wrong detail/s.
If yes does anyone know how long does it take for USCIS to send back corrected EAD card once they receive request from us?
Will it be same as normal Processing of any case or an expedited one considering it's a USCIS fault?
Pls share your thoughts and suggestions.

Expedite Approved
My expedite was Approved on Nov 21, and Card was being produced on Dec 4.
The time between expedite approval and "card being produced" can vary, but it will eventually come.
I received my card on Dec 19.
It typically takes 24hrs to get the card after it says its been mailed
