and they said I will be receiving answer within 5 days.

11/12 called USCIS for expedite on financial loss
11/21 received email to fax evidence, Fax on same day
12/10 talk to emma regarding status, said will request office to answer within 5 days.

Expedite request evidence?
Hi Fam!
A SLC filer, PD was 7/18/2019. And my files are in NBC.
I need to travel abroad in Feb 2020, and I need to get back to work asap.
The wait has been so frustrating especially after they sent a RFIE regarding birth certificate, which I had already submitted in the original file. I feel that they are just doing this to drag the process.
I just called USCIS live agent and filed expedite request for i131(travel permit) and i765(work authorization)
All she said was to watch out for emails regarding information if they need any before they decide to move on with expedite process or not. Is there anyone who filed expedite requests? And if then, what evidences did they request? And how did it all go? Please share your experience!
I am going to do whatever I can do in my power.

July EAD filer
Hi,
July 12 filer in Vermont here.
Today I checked my case tracker app and it says " On December 10, 2019 we ordered a new and for Receipt Number **** **** **, and will mail it to the address you gave us"
However, on my online uscis account, it stills states "we received your case, you do not need to do anything at this time".
IM SO CONFUSED! Am I approved or not??
I tried asking a representative on the Ask Emma chat and they said:
At this time I am able to confirm that your case status shows the card to be sent to production and will be mailed to you but I am not yet showing an approval notice to be mailed to you.
They also said:
The card that is being produced and mailed to you is your employment authorization card. I am simply stating that I am not showing an approval notice to be mailed to you as of yet.
What does this mean! I could do a backflip if this means its approved and my card is on its way!

L2 July filers- Vermont
Hello July filers!
Things are finally moving for L2 in Vermont and I am hoping we get some good news for July filers...If anyone has got their approval, please keep us posted so we know that July is being processed. Good luck to all and fingers crossed. Congrats to all May and June filers who got their EAD processed. It has been a long wait for all.

My EAD card got sent out today through NBC.
I filed in early August and did Biometrics about 2 weeks after date of filing. Super stoked to be able to start working and traveling.

L2 EAD renewal during GC application
Hi all,
Has anyone been in the situation whereby once their L2 EAD expires they will be going through adjustment of status?
Does that mean I will be a C9 category and can get a temporary extension even though I initially applied for my EAD under L2 status?
In that case, what is the smartest option? To wait until the EAD has almost expired to get the automatic six month extension and then hope the GC arrives on time?
My EAD expires July2021 but my PED date is December 2021 which means I will be doing two EAD extensions in quick succession and employers are already passing me over as a result. If I’m in the process of an adjustment of status does it all become easier or harder? Thanks so much!
