M EAD and parole cases were both approved on July 28th from NBC. Does anybody else have a similar timeline of approval? I'm trying to determine when I will receive the cards….
Also how long does it take for the SSN to come through the mail?

EAD Approved and USCIS said no biometrics needed.
I haven’t seen anybody getting his/her card lately. I got approved on 7/6 and haven’t received my card yet. Also, it’s the first time to file for AOS marriage based and they said no need for biometrics since you got approved.

Can I renew EAD without valid DL?
Hi all,
I'm going to submit renewal of my current EAD&AP (pending 485).
Looked up online, renewing EAD will need:
1. A copy of your current EAD
2. A copy of your I-94 form (front and back), a print-out of your electronic I-94 form, your passport, or any other available travel document
3. Two identical passport photographs
4. If you are an I-485 green card adjustment of status applicant, provide evidence that you have a pending AOS petition with the USCIS (e.g. a copy of your I-485 form receipt notice).
5. A copy of a valid government-issued identity document
My problem is my DL already expired and I don't have any government-issued ID other than my EAD now.
DMV only gave me an interim DL (temporary DL without photo on it) since I haven't got my green card yet. I wonder if that will work or not?
If not, what document can I provide in my renew package?

No news still for my EAD. It has been 5.5 month s and I will loose my job if I don’t get my EAD in 2 months.
It’s very stressful, please share your experience and actions. I put the request for my case being outside of normal processing times, but got the reply that it’s in line to be reviewed by officer and that’s it. I need to submit my new card to the employer in September and don’t know what to do

Hello All,
I have a question if someone had before? I arrived in USA with K1 visa and my visa was valid only 3 months. I married and applied work-permit and Green card which is still in process. right now, I have to travel to Denver and I wonder if I fly, do I have any problem about my non immigration situation at the airport?? I don't have my Green-card yet and I don't have a valid visa and i am little worries about trip onside or outside of USA.

EAD Card Processing for Dependents
Hi folks, I have a question for those who are awaiting (or recently completed) their biometric appointment for an EAD card for themselves and their spouse.
Pre-pandemic, our appointments were scheduled together (moved 4 times). However, I've received my appointment notice 2 weeks ago, but my spouse hasn't received anything yet. The USCIS call center confirmed this as well.
Is anyone else seeing their dependent's processing stall like this? If so, have you tried anything that helped unblock the scheduling of their appointment? Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks!
