Awaiting the resend of the EAD.
Has anyone else here had the work permit card sent back to USCIS and is waiting for it to be resent?
Has anyone been through this? They have delivered the card to my old address. I updated the address one more time and I received a message from them about the resending on October 22. But, until now, no tracking number or card in my mailbox.
The message: "We have received your service request and researched the status of your application. Our records indicate that your application was approved. Your combo card was produced on October 4, 2019, and re-mailed to the address on record on October 18, 2019". 11 days after they "resent".

Delays
Talked to my lawyer about immigration moving the upper average to 7.5 months at NBC today. She informed me that most of her clients that are getting EAD’s at NBC now have PD’s in late March/ early April.
So if like me you are July- it’s probably going to be a while yet. Stay strong and care for each other, because immigration services sure dont care.

By the looks of things, the methodology (and schemes) they employ in these waiting times closely resemble a form of a gaslighting scam.
Next month it will be 6.5-8.5 months and so on...
In my opinion, by the time the next re-election takes place people will easily wait 1-1.5 years for a simple administration benefit such as the EAD.
I think 50%+ of legal immigrants will throw in the towel and move somewhere else.

More longer wait for EAD
I noticed today the NBC now changed the process time from 6.5 to 7.5 they were at april 18 and now they are back on march ... Why is this taking so long :(

Card in Production!!
340 days of waiting for my EAD and woke up at 4am to a text/email notification from USCIS that my card was in production. Finally I can start looking a job and start working. It's been a really long stressful journey to get to this point with a bunch of unexpected hurdles I've had to jump overcome with my lawyer, USCIS and wrong travel dates being posted onto my I-94 travel history from CBP. My advice to anyone is to have patience and try and enjoy the time off, but also be super diligent about the process and overcome the problems if they come up.

My interview was changed to "ready to be scheduled for interview" last week. My F/O is in Seattle so I don't expect an interview for at least 6 months (which is fine with me because my wife and I will be married over 2 years by then and I'd get a 10 year greencard). In my opinion I think the interview will be the easiest part of this whole process anyways.
I'm. excited to have a job and earn money and have a normal life again.

EAD Request for Evidence
Has anyone with and E-1, E-2 or E-3 dependent visa here been asked to provide a I-539 or I-129 as further evidence?
Based on my sponsor's lawyer, my visa category is not required to have any of these, because I received my E-2 status through my E-2 visa issued at the U.S. Embassy outside of the US.
I am still waiting for the actual letter detailing these, I just called USCIS because the letter is taking forever to arrive and this is what they told me. They also said if indeed I am not required to have any of these, I should submit a letter stating these? I mean, what kind of letter?
