I’ve chatted in pvt with some people here that already had their EAD approved and most of them are Europeans ( but also Australians, South Africans and Brazilians) I am Latin and I am waiting it since December ‘18. Do you guys think that it could affect the processing time?!

Any november or december filers who got a RFE but also got their EAD already?
I got the in the middle of september and they got my response september 25th. The RFE was for my I-485 but they couldn't work on my I-765 until they got the response.
Today I contacted USCIS to see how long it might take since I have a company ready to hire me. They said I have to wait 60 days before contacting USCIS about the case (!!!!!!!!!!!!). Which will mean, it will almost be 11-12 months after filing.
I don't know what to do or if I have more energy left to just sit on my **** and wait.

Getting tired
Hey guys.
I know I've filed just 4.5 months ago for the AOS package, but I waited for years to apply. These days I feel like I want to give up. It's insane this wait. Call it mediocre processing, delay immigration policies, life, etc. But as an academic professional sitting at home I'm feeling that I'm losing my sanity. I have been trying to keep my mind active, distracted, learning something new, etc. Going out is not that easy because everything is far. But now, I can't even focus and I have headaches all the day. My wife is studying and working 3 jobs to provide. That's crazy. I'm even starting to think to leave all this and try to apply to Canada. At this time I just want the final answer that helps me to regain focus and move on here or start something new elsewhere. I also pray for all of you everyday. Have a nice day.

April filler, how long do I have to wait after RFE RECEIVED BY USCIS

I filled in April, after my biometrics, I received RFE in the month of May, I responded and I got response by 6/17/2019. I attended my interview 9/13
I learnt EAD take 6month, when do I start counting, is it from April when turn my application in or June when USCIS received my RFE.

Just wanted to ask after sending paperwork for renewal ead, how long does it take for USCIS to reply to you saying they received my files. It’s already been 3 weeks and I haven’t or get nothing from the mail. And when I checked tracking number it say arrived to the destination. Please let me know if u have any idea. Thank you!

The RFE was for my I-485 asking for supporting docs for my joint sponsor. I have FedEx'd it and it will arrive at NBC on Monday. Any idea how long it will take for them to process after they receive the documents I send in?

Interview completed and your case must be reviewed
I had my marriage base interview last week and till now , I haven’t received any decision yet . The interview was very smooth but don’t know why I haven’t heard of any decision yet . The next after the interview, online status changed to INTERVIEW COMPLETED AND YOUR CASE MUSTBE REVIEWED.
Does anyone know when I will hear of any decision?
