L2 EAD May Filers
Has any late April / early May filers for L2 EAD received any update on your case? I have filed in Vermont for new EAD on 1st May and still no update. I raised "case out of normal processing time" request with USCIS and they said i should expect a reply by end of October.
Have anyone of you filed for such a request? Do you see any progress or change in your case?

L2 EAD
Hi,

Anyone renewed L2 EAD from Vermont Center? My RD is May 2, 2019. I have submitted one expedited request which got rejected. Also submitted one SR in September which says it may take 30 more days from the date mentioned on USCIS website. Does anyone know by when i can expect my EAD? My current one expired in September and I am sitting without job for last 3 weeks. Any further delay, I might lose my job.

Thanks

December waiting,
Any december filers who got an RFE but got their EAD yet?

RFE (for my I-485) september 13, they received the response september 25th. How long does it take for them to process that? I don't want to wait much longer. I have a company ready to hire me (for the third time).

NBC April 2019 Filers
Hello everyone,

I've been following this page for months as a silent member but it's helped out so much to see others are going through the same process. Posting my timeline here in case anyone has had a similar experience.

Filing from Houston, case handled by NBC.
RD: 4/29/19, C9 AOS by marriage to USC. No RFE.

Dated for 6 years, married December 2018. Submitted I-765, I-130, I-485 through attorney.

4/29/19: I-131 case received
5/31/19: Biometrics
6/4/19: I-765 fingerprint review completed
7/2/19: I-485 ready to be scheduled for an interview.
10/7/19: Submitted request to expedite case due to financial loss. Currently have work permit but set to expire mid-November. No email received as of today. Current work permit not eligible for automatic 180-day extension.

I see some people in May and June have already received their EADs. Tried downloading an app to see if I could estimate case but have Android so can't download the Lawfully app which some people here have recommended.

My lawyer had initially said they'd estimate EAD/combo card to arrive in late-October but with new processing times, they are currently estimating mid to end of December. Any feedback or comments from those in similar situations would be highly appreciated!

Let's hope we start seeing more updates in the next couple of weeks.

RFIE while waiting for expedited EAD
PD May 14th 2019 - NBC, MD resident.
Someone please let me know, I expedited my EAD on Sep 20th 2019, but prior to that I got an RFIE for for I 130 with a deadline to send evidence by Dec 14th 2019. I am working on getting the requested "no marriage record" from my country but it takes long for them to process at least 21 days. My qs is can my EAD be approved and expedited before i send the evidence? or must they receive it before they can approve the EAD. Someone? Anyone? who knows or has had experience please let me know.

Physical Exam
I have a question. When shall I get my spouse to get his physical I-693? Or is this something that they will request at a later time.

His PD is 7/1/2019 Marriage Base C9 out of NBC Service Center.
Biometrics completed on our end on 9/30/19 but no response from USCIS.

timeline
Thanks to everyone here for helping each other keeping our sanity through this process. It helps knowing we're not alone. Especially the Jan-Feb fillers who saw their cases delayed while other people are moving through the process.

Marriage based - NBC
February filler
--- 7 months of nothing despite raising 2 SR --
8/26 Interview scheduled
10/3 Interview
10/3 Card in production
10/4 Back to "Case approved" for the past 3 days. Not sure why.

I never got any news on the EAD or travel permit (I know other people in that case, it seems to be more and more common).

Sending good vibes and courage to all of you!
