Expedite for I-765 form
Hi,
Philly filer, AOS via marriage PD: March 13, 2019.
I requested an expedite for my I-765 form last week and NBC emailed me to fax the supporting documents for financial loss case. I faxed the documents today. Do they inform us that they receive the documents? if yes, how long does it take for them to update my USCIS account about receiving it?
If anyone has the same experience, could you please share yours.

since then, whenever I check my status I see greencard is being processed by the national benefits center, but for 10 months I have not even had my ead. I don't know what to do I see stories of people applying in may and going for interview. I am worried. I'm I the only January applicant left?

My timeline.. February 15 “case was received “ 8.5 months passed like that & nothing on august make my first e request 30 days passed & nothing make my second e request September 03, September 12 they told they have a lot work blah blah keep waiting .. Finally October 2 my case changed to “new card is being produced “ & this last Saturday (October 5) i got the card on hand.. thanks God .. but it was a long painful &. stressful road

FingerPrint Review Completed: Aug 8th
Status Change: New Card Being Produced on Oct 4th
I placed 4 service requests both through the USCIS Contact Centre and Emma. I did not receive any reply for any of those service requests.
If your application is taking longer, i would recommend to keep placing service requests as they might lead to your case receive traction.
I wish everyone the best of luck and i hope your applications get approved soon.

When should i receive EAD card
Good morning all,
On October 4th, my I-765 (Employment Authorization) and I-131 (Application for travel documents) were approved. When should i be expect to receive my EAD card? Although my I-485 (Adjustment status/Green card) still remains unchanged after an interview was done on August 29th.

EAD expediting request pending
Can I swear in this forum?
My case was filed on July 1st and Sept 16th I requested expediting due to medical emergency.
October 1st the request was approved and nothing since then. Called customer service, they adviced waiting 30(!) days - that’s how long they have to issue a decision.
Why on earth wouldn that be an expediting request if you still have to wait more than a month for it??
Does any of you guys have EAD this way? How long did it take them to start making the card?
