L2 EAD
Hello everyone,
I am new to the group and have been reading your experiences for a few days now.
I recently moved to the US on L2 visa and am hoping to apply for EAD now. Is the USCIS still approving the EADs? I also have an SSN from my previous stay here as a student but have lost the card few years ago. Would it be okay to apply for the EAD without the SSN card copy?

EAD validity period
HI,
I received today the I-767 of my EAD approval notice.
They only approved it for 2 months (Not two years like the last EAD that I applied. )!! that means they used as validation date the I94 that I applied in the I-765. but My VISA has a validity for 2.5 more years.
For the renewal the entire process lasted about 10 months.
Someone know what I can do to change the validity date? or do I have to Apply again for a new EAD?

All denied Cases reopened - July 19
Ead Case approved - June 19
Recieved approval notice - June 25
Card was Mailed - July 9
Card was delivered - July 13
Now waiting for I485 process to move along..(fingers crossed)

Case approved June 12th
I filed for i765 in February didn't receive any other notice apart from case was received
June12th my case status changed to Case approved and I received a notice that it will be mailed to me i wasn’t booked for any biometrics interview. Since then my case status havent changed Still waiting to know if it has been mailed has anyone received their ead since then???

Case Was Approved: 7 July
I have jobs waiting for me and without having my EAD card in hand it would be impossible!
Now with the rumors that USCIS’ contract with the company that prints the card has ended, do you think I have a chance to receive my card?!

My case status - on June 25th card was ordered for printing , no status change since then.
I have job offer gating EAD card for start date of employment- if there is a process to request printing and mail expedite ?
